    Uninterrupted electricity is a necessity which @mspdcl_manipur has failed to provide to my area. Meanwhile, @airtelindia and @reliancejio has provided uninterrupted internet fiber broadband service since day one.

    @airtelindia I have DMed you an issue with a recharge 13 days ago. Amount has been deducted from my bank, no recharge credited. I have bank statements to prove. Don't let me sit between you and google pay.

    One of the worst service you can get for your WiFi is @airtelindia @bhartiairtelfdn . My WiFi isn’t working since 5 days! And your store managers and WiFi experts are telling me that I’ll be working in next day but we are listing this since last 5 days but issue is not resolved.

    Mumbaikars stop using Airtel Air Fiber as they don't care for you if the internet goes off. It's been 10 days my Internet is working that too in Powai. Pathetic & horrible service by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Better switch to local or Jio now.

    Still no response from @reliancejio and @JioCare regarding my issue. Silence from customer support is disappointing and reflects poorly on customer service. If there’s no update soon, I’ll be forced to move to @airtelindia Air Fiber.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please stop marketing “priority customer” and “dedicated Airtel Black support” when you can’t resolve a normal WiFi issue even after 24 hours. No proper updates, no response to support calls, just endless delays. Extremely disappointing service.

    To make matters worse, despite having an active recharge, I keep receiving messages asking me to recharge again. Why should paying customers go through this kind of experience? When will Airtel fix these issues and provide proper support? @airtelindia #Airtel #CustomerService

    Worse, @airtelindia customer care is poor they just tell me to check the app. If I can already access via app, why do you even have a support team? Denying customers access to their own financial records is a massive red flag. Time to port out? @VittalGopal #CustomerService Fail
