    @airtelindia one of the worst service provider I have ever experienced. Your Thanks app is such a waste of time. No option to talk with any agent, no matter what you type there is no relevant reply from their side. I am glad that I moved to BSNL 6 years ago.

    Repeated Mr. Shashwat Sharma Airtel broadband is down in Pashan Pune since about 45 hours and there is no accountability, who to talk to, everything is left to the chat bot, why do you people take salary when the chat bot has to do everything. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence thanks for giving such pathetic wifi services. I have taken 100 mbps plan and the ntwrk is day in day out either very slow or not at all getting connected. India should have a third party net provider like starlink , monopoly needed to be broken

    @airtelindia Useless and you harass customers, we have to call 10 times, no network, no internet, and your executive asked me to go outside of my house to talk tO them since no signal, in such a hot weather, i had to stay out for 30 mins and still no resolution @airtelindia @DoT_India

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I called up your cc number to request my wifi cancelation due to personal reasons. As per cc exec he needs his supervisor approval and the supervisor will again talk to customer b4 approval. Why this trick to delay and harass.

    📢 @airtelindia The issue with Health Helpline 104 not working from Airtel was fixed earlier, but it's back again. It says “invalid number”, while 104 works fine on other networks like Jio & BSNL. Will you fix it permanently, or should I port to another service provider?

    @JM_Scindia Sir, @airtelindia has become a mafia in Indias telecom sector. It is just impossible to talk to any of their service representative. Consumers should have more choice. @Airtel_Presence
