    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I'm using Airtel from last 5 years and I don't know what happen from few months I had 5g unlimited data plan but it consuming my 4g data and after 100 percent use of data there no internet in phone in 5g network please solve as soon as possible

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Facing terrible support from Airtel for 3 days. IVR options not working, no human support, app stuck with AI. This is honestly one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. Fix your support system. Your customers deserve better.

    Worst service. Calling customer care for past 7days for wifi not working. But no response. Even after telling I am disconnecting my connection they seem to be least bothered. Seems they don’t value customers. Pathetic Service.That too Black Customer. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Hi @DoT_India is it possible to help me get my refund amount from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It has been 50 days since my service has been stopped Still there is no refund. They told they have find complaint reference number is 10851767082 But there is no way I can see it.

    Airtel’s "Unlimited 5G" is the biggest joke of the year. Used up my 4G data and left me with nothing. No internet, no support, just "recharge or wait." Disgusting service. @airtelindia fix your fake 5G. 🤮 #Airtel #CheapService #Fraud
