@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence On 9th Mar'23 signed up for Airtel Broadband Service. On 5th Day including weekends, my internet has been down for 17.5hours so far till 8:30pm while I m typing this msg. Logged Ticket, called multiple times no action so far. Welcome to Airtel.

So I'm Porting to different operator tomorrow. Can't wait more.... Already lost contact with my ailing mother and all my nears and dears😰

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my fixed line phone is out of order for 7 days and its in Nehru Place major business hub. This is my main number... everyday i have made a complaint to today or it is dead. Even 20 years back phones would be repaired in a day or 2.

@Airtel_Presence Pathetic customer support @airtelindia. 1. SIM stopped working outside India even with regular recharges. No intimation from the company. Customer support asked to submit an offline request to get a new SIM (by going to the same city where I bought the SIM).
