I raised a request against it on Customer care call on 23rd July which was closed without any resolution. I again raised a request on 30th July for it and no one has contacted me from @airtelindia. Why you can't able to provide a legit bill receipt to your customer?

Hello @airtelindia , Lately (80500 10855) have been having service issues with both voice & data. And it's frustrating. There's severe fluctuations both at my workplace & at home. Could you send an engineer to check with it. I have an exam to prepare for. Kindly resolve ASAP.
