@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence despite of recharging 2 times my recharge and validity is not reflecting in my account. As my outgoing is also stopped I can't talk to customer service executives.and in 3 days my incoming is going to be stopped. Don't know what to do now.

@airtelindia You claim that you want to solve all issues faced by customers but there is no dedicated customer service helpline link in your Airtel app. Besides I have been facing issue over a trivial matter of getting my sim card changed, which had stopped functioning, pathetic!

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia field engineers who come to troubleshoot everytime tell me “cable cut”. What I fail to understand is, how does the broadband function intermittently if there is a cable cut. “Radio silence” after that.
