    @airtelindia @airtelnews I'm using Airtel postpaid SIM, but for the past few days I have not been able to use the Airtel internet service. I have raised several complaints, but the issue has still not been resolved. Because of this, I have been forced to use a new Jio SIM.

    Is this the standard of customer service @airtelindia stands for? A refund promised in 45 days is still pending after 90+ days. Customers deserve answers and action—not endless delays and template replies.
