    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had recently purchased Airtel wifi and paid 1500 engineer visited on 4/4 due to network issue it wasn't installed engineer no9566547811 also post on x two days before no solution made.and no response till now.very poor response.

    @airtelindia Xstream fiber is the worst wifi broadband service I have experienced so far. It's not even been 1 month since I am using and it has been down for more than 10 times. You can't even lodge a complaint through their app. Customer care number also don't lodge complaint.

    airtelindia @bhartiairtelfdn Can anyone help me as a customer of airtel who paid for a service and now I as a customer have to reach out to your Service Agents and other people just because they cannot do their work or are on leave. Simple request of IPTV turns heavy work

    This is the reality of Reliance Jio service: Recharged → shifted home in 3 days → waited 7+ days for relocation → no installation Result? Full month recharge wasted because of your delay. Cancelled and switched to @airtelindia fiber. @JioCare #WorstService #Jio

    Reminder 5 Finally received a contact number (+917037496750) to resolve my issue, but no response—calls unanswered. Is this the level of service expected from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia? Absolutely third-class customer support. Disappointing.

    @airtelindia I had a terrible experience with still pending installation of Airtel Wifi. It has been rescheduled thrice with all advance payment done. Hi Gaurav kumar, we're sorry as your Airtel Wi-Fi installation with order ID 21-164286576994 has been rescheduled.

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress Hi @airtelindia, after KYC my number stopped receiving incoming calls & OTPs. I visited your office for 4 days, still no resolution. Your staff asked for SIM replacement and charged ₹150, but issue remains. Please fix this urgently & refund the amount. Mob: 8472957235
