I am very much disappointed with #Airtel network, every month I pay bill with extra charges but network is very bad. Complained many times in customer care but no action has been taken from #Airtel. Guys if you think to buy #Airtel network so its bad idea @airtelindia

Very poor mobile service quality rather worst in Hafed road Prem Nagar rohtak . No incoming/outgoing is possible these days. Calls are totally fail. Net service also has gone worst. We are leaving airtel and joining Jio as alternate @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @JioCare I’m an #AirtelBlack customer even though after paying my bill in full it shows some outstanding amount and when try to escalate the issue it says broken. Worst customer care ever. They say designated customer relationship team :D

@airtelindia Do not recharge for the plans Airtel offers you free 1 year Hotstar. They fake this and ask you to recharge with higher amount comparitvely and Hotstar does not give you the benefit. Then when we call Airtel they ask us to talk to Hotstar as it's not their issue.
