Literally even BSNL employees at Gowliguda exchange Hyderabad, doesn't know about best recharge plans. And they fail to explain the recharge options. @BSNLCorporate Good Bye!! I would never recomend BSNL to anyone.

@CMDBSNL @arvind9963 Officers of the rank of JAG,SAG,HAG are not relieved despite issue of transfer orders. When lower level officers seek retention they are relieved forceably citing BSNL interest. Is interest of service only for lower levels.

@CMDBSNL after complaining for 8 times the landline 040-27807024 no one is attending the repair of a super senior citizen. The phone is dead for the past 3 months.simply the complaints are closed without correcting. This is the fate of a Bsnl user request to help.

@BSNLCorporate I have bsnl servive in the seraikella region of Jharkhand pincode 833219. In last 1 week the internet in the region was down for 3 continuous days and then they resolved after many complaints. But again from yesterday afternoon its not working and continuous disruption is there.
