Literally even BSNL employees at Gowliguda exchange Hyderabad, doesn't know about best recharge plans. And they fail to explain the recharge options. @BSNLCorporate Good Bye!! I would never recomend BSNL to anyone.

@KesariDhwaj @rud_ras Have similar experience after switching over to Airtel from earlier BSNL. Earlier there was no MNP. Problem with getting locked to one seller without option of switching over.

@BSNL_AS My net was not working from July 3 to July 20, 2022. After repeated follow up the issue was resolved on 21 July 2022. I followed up with the vendor and BSNl but I didn't receive any help. Now BSNl is charging bills for the whole month. Now my question is why shall I pay my bill

@BSNLCorporate There is fiber break out at know place, field officer is aware about it. But he is asking for money and we refused to give up. Can you ask him to fix fiber. Have raised multiple complaint but it resolved by BSNL without fixing the issue. When we talk to him he is very rude.

Been a customer of BSNL for about 30 years with landline and internet connection to number 03322875719. Had to surrender the connection for poor service 2 years ago. Submitted documents to officials for refund of Rs.2800/- approx. with regular follow up. No action. Why?
