@rwac48 Sir ,lived in NE initially without mobile and internet and later with a post paid BSNL mobile connection. Rest of India was ahead. During significant part of my life it took 5 years to get a fixed line connection. Despite all these issues Indian democracy is sound. Noisy though

@BSNLCorporate @bsnl_ap_circle We have landline connection since 10 years but since 2 months it's not working, have complaining daily by calling to customer care people and DGM also. But no one is taking care worst experience with bsnl in my life

@KesariDhwaj @rud_ras Have similar experience after switching over to Airtel from earlier BSNL. Earlier there was no MNP. Problem with getting locked to one seller without option of switching over.

Literally even BSNL employees at Gowliguda exchange Hyderabad, doesn't know about best recharge plans. And they fail to explain the recharge options. @BSNLCorporate Good Bye!! I would never recomend BSNL to anyone.

@BSNL_JKD BSNL claims High Speed Internet at affordable price. But most of us don't know that it's just a HOAX. I recharged with a year-long pack. No Internet connection despite full network. No help from customer care too. In search of affordable, I ended up wasting my money.
