Hence I am porting to other network. Bsnl is better here.

Went again to pay, same answer systems down. Third time lucky, took two minutes to pay. Felt BSNL is dead and waiting for last rites.

Rest of India was ahead. During significant part of my life it took 5 years to get a fixed line connection. Despite all these issues Indian democracy is sound. Noisy though
