Went again to pay, same answer systems down. Third time lucky, took two minutes to pay. Felt BSNL is dead and waiting for last rites.

Fixed only at 12.15 pm Monday,bank also cld not work, suufferd much business. Ppl work in BSNL don't know, whn WE SLEEP, WORLD AWAKE. Just encounter such ppl.

If govts (UPA or NDA) had properly invested in BSNL post2016, we'd have a strong 3rd player right now, and no duopoly. The problem isn't Jio's success, it's government failure..... I think so..
