@jgopikrishnan70 Another surprise. Went to BSNL counter to pay bill. Asked to come again as systems not working due to power cut. Went again to pay, same answer systems down. Third time lucky, took two minutes to pay. Felt BSNL is dead and waiting for last rites.

@bsnl_tt worst service ever had from bsnl. Shifting not done since June stating cable fault & & even feasible from neighbour colony but insisting for higher plans ftth by disconnection. More than 30 connections in vertex Lakeview , hyd disconnected since months, moved to jio.

@manojsinhabjp ph. 08413 233096,Narsingi ex.Internet failed Sunday 10.15am. My complaint to SDE concerned was ignored. Fixed only at 12.15 pm Monday,bank also cld not work, suufferd much business. Ppl work in BSNL don't know, whn WE SLEEP, WORLD AWAKE. Just encounter such ppl.

Airtel speed was also good but ported that to BSNL as Vi was enough for me to use internet because they offer best plans

Give BSNL to private players,it will start making profit. You can see situation of Air India,it was making loss but now it's improving gradually.

@utsavtechie Jio signals are pathetic in our area, too many signal drops. Airtel serves better in terms of signal quality and speed. There is almost no 4G from Vi. BSNL too isn't satisfactory. Anyone would want to have good signals in their living areas.
