@DoT_India @TRAI Bsnl even closed my complaint without informing me the solution. (Not received the connection till date)🤕@BSNL_KL @BSNLCorporate Surprised to hear from telephone exchange that “it’s better to look for other ISP” 😂😂😂

@BSNL_UPE pathetic customer service by BSNL in Lucknow 226007. I am using BSNL FTTH and it's down since Friday 10/12/2021 6:30pm and it's not up until now. Frequent complaints are useless as system automatically resolves them,without resolving the issue.

@BSNLCorporate I am really fed up with the customer service. My BSNL FTTH is down since 10th,December 2021,Friday 6:30 pm and it's now 10:53 am 13th December 2021,Monday and still none has resolved issue.I think I will have to switch to a better internet service provider.

@BSNLCorporate my bsnl ftth is not giving constant internet ...for ex - when I m in Business meeting the internet stops for some times...and even in Gaming the Ping (Latency) is High..I contacted my Vender team...but not satisfied by them.... please solve my internet issue..

@BharatFibreFTTH your services are worst and always down. No proper response of complaints and no one is there to help. Like BSNL you will disappear soon if you will provide this kind of support.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW i am facing lot of problems due not proper network in my area...even the bsnl tawar is there in my area but its all the time its getting off please take a proper action against him otherwise i have no option to choose other operator

@pdhana @kodi_speaks @Airtel_Presence I have been using BSNL since 2012.. Ported out from Airtel and came here.. There is no issue at all.. We have good 4g coverage here in coimbatore.. 599 .. 84 days.. 5 gb per day..

respected Sir, For the last 10 days my no. 2361193 is closed, on bsnl online complaint portal, in local office, if you call 07442488451 on this number more than 100 times, you get the same answer, will correct it today. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ
