@BSNL_PB so poor service by Bsnl. Will never recommend it to anyone. Have been calling many times in bsnl office from many days but still fault not get removed and internet is not working . Don't know how would you compete with others.

I book many complaints on 198 for resolve my problem but every time next bsnl clear complaint without any effort to resolve

I have been using fiber service since 1 year 6 month. In a month they have down the network 10-12 days. While billing periods they alerting before 7 days.Also I have subscribe 60MBPS speed. What I'm getting 3MBPS. #BSNL #bsnl4g I am from Gujarat,Bhavnagar

@BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw sir this is to inform you today I called JTO since my bsnl wifi is not working now also and he replied that We are not responsible please talk to someone else either talk to sagar or bhopal. Sir this is very bad behaviour with customer I dont lyk it pls intervene
