    @BSNLCorporate In my village bsnl has only 2g so i had changed my sim ,when the signal has reached 3g or 4g i would convert and encourage my village people to change

    @Mahe_011 I guarantee it's Impossible. It's very rare but govt Has another purpose for it. 👉 rural Network Connectivity Cause no private co will setup their Tower in Remote Places where they get no profit. Govt is responsible for all of us so keeping alive BSNL is their only choice. 😎

    @CMDBSNL what are you doing for growth of #BSNL ?You have best opportunity as other telecom operators increased their charges customer are searching options. Why you don't update #BSNL service to attract customers. If you can't do anything then u have no right to hold your post.

    @BSNL_CHTD Hi, I had recently changed my number from Jio to BSNL.But network always roll between 3G/2G. Poor connectivity for phone calls too. Frustrated with the decision of switching over to BSNL. Chennai. @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir request your intervention here. As india is moving towards atmanirbhar bharat and bsnl is india's agency but its net is so horrible not even able to work spending so much of installation fee also no use how will someone use this kind of service? Very bad😞😒

    @idesibanda Well , I have been a customer of both. A single complaint to BSNL took 15 days to get addressed. Vodafone sorted in 15 minutes.. Slow decision making at PSUs is the major reason of their decline , you can't blame policy for that. Each and every org has internal policies.

    @BSNLCorporate Bsnl kalka SDO says Rs 10 is not a big amount. Even if it is an increase without a prior information to the customer? He said there was a discount of Rs 10 for e billing which was valid for 1 year. Ok fine but you never said in the beginning that it will be valid for 1year only.

    BSNL / MTNL need 4G spectrum for operations. Similarly Voda Idea needs OFC network of BBNL & BSNL. If Govt allows BSNL / MTNL and Voda Idea to use each other spectrum & OFC, it will be win win situation for both companies.

    @rajeshkmoorthy If I'm CEO ,will use all Govt resources of BSNL to turn company as profitable by giving govt sms contract other customer contact centre licenses to Vodafone :)
