    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW It is in Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh. From last 5 days broadband is down (Account No-1026262989) Also, I am getting 100 mbps on paying for 200 mbps link.Alok Pachori from BSNL does not respond to us and we are left with no option.

    @nagellatrinath Govt. has not allowed BSNL to start 4G service for the last 5 years on one pretext or other. Perhaps they don't want one more competitor for their corporate friend Ambani's Jio. They will ensure that BSNL is not able to start 4G untill they don't start 5G of JIO.

    @BSNL_TN BSNL fibre net is going down at least one full day every week WFH becoming hell with BSNL..Worst service! Only advantage with BSNL is they provide service to all tier 2, 3 cities which @JioCare or @Airtel_Presence doesn't care

    @BSNL_PB Again complaint occur balance deduct my account but rechage not done, i am not free to visit everytime your retail outlet or bsnl office. Seriously after complete 3 months i will port to another company and everyone to recommend to usea other than bsnl.

    @BSNLCorporate @Manikamondal7 If BSNL reply "Sorry for the inconvenience caused, BSNL assures prompt action to resolve your grievance." .. this means there is no solution and BSNL is helpless.

    @kikani_nilesh @BSNLCorporate We were having BSNL more then 20 years. just 5 months ago due to road construction the wireing were damaged i know their service is not good but for just to keep landline service in my house
