    @BSNLCorporate In my village bsnl has only 2g so i had changed my sim ,when the signal has reached 3g or 4g i would convert and encourage my village people to change

    @Airtel_Presence CEO of airtel, have some shame..... do not make this company like BSNL. improve your services make your staff answer able for service. tomorrow i am going to port my number to jio. as you left the company and again came back, same is your staff doing.

    @pamara_pmr @VidhyaS33835629 @sansbarrier If we are unhappy with the govt then let's sell it to highest bidder? What you talking bruh ? I was a BSNL user too, their coustomer handling is ****** but that shouldn't stop the govt from launching 4G & earning profit. Also wireless network requires less customer handling.

    @BSNLCorporate I have applied for bsnl fibre and submitted application online. 15 days passed no one responded. When customer wants to take service even BSNL seems not interested.

    @Mohansachin @VidhyaS33835629 @sansbarrier I was once a BSNL user I know how well they treat a customer and how interested in making BSNL a profitable PSU. A govt can't encourage a non performing PSU just because it's a PSU

    Till today not a single paise has been created to the wallet. As a franchisee of BSNL, if this is the service to the franchisee, it is best to switch to a private ISP. At new location where OLT is to install, nearly 15-20 customers have filled the application form for Broadband

    @_iGod @rishuraj_chd @AU_CDGNews While having any issue bsnl customer care executives werent picking up calls and if theh picked up by mistake then they put the call on hold for long. They even abused directly sometimes. After that i never bought BSNL sim.

    @BSNLCorporate hello!I am using Bsnl internet (WiFi) service in Darbhanga Bihar, It’s not working since 31st may I had registered many complain and called to customer care but not getting any support from them still suffering, look into this matter hope I ll get support from here

    @BSNLCorporate I understand PM visit is more important than common people's grievance. Just in case if you don't believe me, here is a screenshot of #BSNL network (No Signals) in my area. DM'ed you complete address with landmark. Kindly resolve it.

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @BSNL_MH There is no telecom network present in village Ekara,Bramhapuri, Dist. Chandrapur,maharashtra, Pincode-442401).It's a sincere and deep request to urgently install a BSNL tower at Ekara Village.
