    @rsprasad , @BSNLCare , @BSNLCorporate Are the BSNL services switched off without intimating the customers. Cant get around anyone on customer care. Phone dead for past 15 days but still generating bills!

    @BSNLCorporate is there any way we can report a scenario? We had internet issue on Saturday. I filed complaint on Sunday and without any resolution, BSNL team closed ticket by saying ticket is resolved. Any help here? Here is my ticket numebr:- 1055839489

    I would kindly want to complaint about that the Bsnl Service provider that they came for a connection but it took so many days but not a prob. Still they are behaving very rudely and fully careless about the customer and always talking about the money @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate I'm tired of getting disconnect daily from 9 am to 6 pm internet not working . And it work on Saturday and Sunday . Kiya karu mai iss BSNL ka .Wah re teri maya BSNL. :( :(
