    @BSNL_KL Optical fibre network is not working properly since 2 months... No response from bsnl angamaly office nor thavalappara office. What a worst customer service!! PS: This problem is persisting in entire region of Thavalappara exchange.Whom to address greviance??

    @BSNL_BR my account in BSNL must be showing my security deposit status, then asking for receipt is only harassment to the customer. Its obvious that one can't withdraw security mony on his wish so no need to ask for receipt. Please help me 9431233474.

    @BSNL_MP_Circle Pathetic services given by BSNL MP Bhopal. My internet is not working since last evening and I had already complained but still 24hours passed by and I am struggling to get my net back. I had fibre connection and still if this kind of issues is there then godhelp
