    @mujifren @ruchirkanakia The agent should have educated and increased limits before parents crossed 60. He didn't. Parents were in charge, never listened to me. They are the BSNL, SBI etc type. All punishment they will take but stick to PSU. Now I am stuck with this policy. Have added to corporate 🤷.

    @BSNLCorporate @MIB_India does the customer care number of bsnl really exist? If the answer is yes why don't the customer care not recieve any calls...even the complaint raised on the portal gets closed on itself without addressing any issues? I mean is this a joke?

    BSNL Company is not improving the network rather they are reducing all income source for a franchise through their new S&D Policy 2026. If growth is the goal, why ignore the very people driving your last-mile connectivity? @JM_Scindia @PemmasaniOnX

    After HyperOS, POCO F4 lost BSNL 700 MHz support → severe connectivity loss. Issue reported, no resolution. If unresolved, affected users may escalate via consumer grievance channels. @IndiaPOCO @POCOSupport @XiaomiIndia please address urgently. #POCO
