    @AshwiniVaishnaw I am from WB. I am proud by Modi Govt Bsnl internet gateway extension from Chennai to Port Blair & Agartala to Cox Bazar. But no improvement in West Bengal. We need Chennai to Kolkata gateway by submarine cable for bharatnet . Plz help us.

    @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL management its now too much to handle the problems of bsnl netwrk...Again there is a netwrk issue near Agarpara Railway Station,Kolkata. My usage on bsnl internet is zero mb....Cant use internet..My whole day went so bad with BSNL

    @Ashishb4880 Hello Ashish, things is in control now, just some area is still affected by non availability of electricity and no signal in Airtel/Vodafone/BSNL only jio is working, but now I can see airtel is trying hard to fix it and i can see network sometimes, I hope your relative are safe.

    @BSNLCorporate I waited for more than 1 year and raised many complaints from my three bsnl number 9230828025, 9477557188 ,9564136222. I visited Barasat telecom exchange(BSNL) and told bsnl officers about this problem but they are not interested to solve this problem.😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

    @BSNLCorporate Today again bsnl mobile phone users of Jalgaon city are suffering due to lack of bsnl network in for 20 minutes.Every 10,12 days bsnl mobile network in Jalgaon shuts down.And when I complains you just say sorry without doing anything.

    @BSNLCorporate I can't add an account in BSNL selfcare portal, as its showing the error "customer id related to Billing account number does not exist". And I also tried to reach customer care for telephone 1800-345-1500. It doesn't connect me to customer executive.

    @BSNLCorporate Its been 2-3 days since I got Bsnl network in 759146. Here even getting 2g network is hard. Hope @BSNLCorporate would take action soon ang give proper service.
