    BSNL network is very poor at Guptipara,Hooghly.W.B area @rsprasad ji. I wonder if any authority is in work to rectify.Very now and then BSNL network goes off. Please help us. Thanks & Regards.

    @BSNLCorporate I waited for more than 1 year and raised many complaints from my three bsnl number 9230828025, 9477557188 ,9564136222. I visited Barasat telecom exchange(BSNL) and told bsnl officers about this problem but they are not interested to solve this problem.😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

    @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL management its now too much to handle the problems of bsnl netwrk...Again there is a netwrk issue near Agarpara Railway Station,Kolkata. My usage on bsnl internet is zero mb....Cant use internet..My whole day went so bad with BSNL

    @Ashishb4880 Hello Ashish, things is in control now, just some area is still affected by non availability of electricity and no signal in Airtel/Vodafone/BSNL only jio is working, but now I can see airtel is trying hard to fix it and i can see network sometimes, I hope your relative are safe.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Chairman himself seem to very poor in communication with unprofessional body language. BSNL communication is like him only. There are zero innovation in BSNL. Recently, I have ported my BSNL SIM to another telecom operator after being DESHBHAKT for 10 years.

    @IndianTechGuide I made the right choice switching to #Airtel from #BSNL, coz of its poor network my boss was getting mad at me.

    @BSNLCorporate first improve the existing service which keeps disconnecting every now and then. On raising complain, you update status as RESOLVED without even resolving. BSNL can't compete with private players in any way

    @bsnl_care Based on our post, @bsnl_care team sincerely raises complaint. Thank you. But to our disappointment, the concerned #BSNL official who need to take action, on the complaints, r closing it without resolving the issue. All my complaints r closed, but issues not resolved. #BSNL4G
