  @BSNLCorporate I waited for more than 1 year and raised many complaints from my three bsnl number 9230828025, 9477557188 ,9564136222. I visited Barasat telecom exchange(BSNL) and told bsnl officers about this problem but they are not interested to solve this problem.😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

  @AshwiniVaishnaw I am from WB. I am proud by Modi Govt Bsnl internet gateway extension from Chennai to Port Blair & Agartala to Cox Bazar. But no improvement in West Bengal. We need Chennai to Kolkata gateway by submarine cable for bharatnet . Plz help us.

  @Ashishb4880 Hello Ashish, things is in control now, just some area is still affected by non availability of electricity and no signal in Airtel/Vodafone/BSNL only jio is working, but now I can see airtel is trying hard to fix it and i can see network sometimes, I hope your relative are safe.

  @DoT_India Respected Competent Officer! Good morning!🙏 There are packs of 2GB/day and #BSNL has done nothing for the customers! When the service is not good then what is the use of such pack.. the customer is just being cheated.. In the interest of the customers, Please direct BSNL!

  @BSNLCorporate Sir, my BSNL No. 9455704546 which is properly recharged but when any one is trying to contact its showing Switch off continuously. Further the net speed is to worst and poor than 2G. Please look into and resolve the problem.

  @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL i have been using bsnl ftth for the past 5 years and for the past 3 months the internet is disconnect whenever the power goes off and i have complained many times in bsnl office and they acknowledged the issue is from their side but not taking any action

  @vaimaniki They never change. Don't care about the growth of the company as even Shiva Vishnu and Brahma can't fire them from their job. It's not we're getting the service for free. BSNL plan prices are as costly as Jio or Airtel, still poor service

  @BSNLCorporate Bsnl landline and internet fiber service is not working for the landline number 0674-2551466 number as I tried to give many complaint while using the bsnl app also tried your tollfree number 1800 345 1504 many time but there was no response since 4 days.

  @BSNL_PB - I have taken BSNL broadband connection a few months back. And subscribed the plan 449 - Fibre basic. They have upgraded my plan from backend. I want to downgrade it. I called your customer care, visited BSNL office. Nothing is happening. Do you want customers to cancel

  @DigitallyBones I work from home , leaves near the cell tower , there is only bsnl and Rail-tel is providing broadband and BSNL distributer saying cable is broken , Rail-tel saying the don't have distributer. 5G matter a lot to me..
