Our landline is O.O.O from 2020 and we registered many complaints but no response from the team. I checked the status of complaints, it shows resolved. I tweeted and get the same response. VoLTE doesn't work with my Kolkata SIM while travelling in Rest Of West Bengal Circle even with strong 4G coverage. Why is it so?
