But still the only option for a landline connection is incompetent @airtelindia as the ailing BSNL is no more of an option and @reliancejio is yet to roll out their service. Our landline is O.O.O from 2020 and we registered many complaints but no response from the team. I checked the status of complaints, it shows resolved. I tweeted and get the same response. In my village Ankhol, Tehsil Chitalwana, District Jalore, Rajasthan – 343040, there is no BSNL network in the entire village. I had also complained about this issue 4 months ago, but no solution has been provided so far. This is very disappointing service from BSNL. Please check the network situation in Ankhol village and take necessary action to provide proper BSNL network coverage. Thank you.

Customer is 80 years old and was in rural area where there was no customer care. Upon return immediately he went to nearest customer care but was told that his number is deactivated as well as balance of 2000 rs. When you make this decision do you give proper timeline to the customer to compete KYC? Also did you send official message to this elderly customer regarding Kyc requirement as personal communication asking customer to complete KYC is suspicious as there is increased number of Cyber fraud. Please explain why customer has to believe if person is calling from BSNL if there is no message from BSNL as well as as from any official toll free numbers of BSNL office.
