    After upgrade to BSNL 4G , main balance automatically deducted even in data connection off. This problem is not only for me, everyone is facing this after upgrading BSNL 4G. @BSNL_KOTD

    Pathetic BSNL Customer care. Dear @BSNL_KOTD My father misplaced his phone yesterday. It has a BSNL Sim along with one more operator's sim. Other Sim I could able to lock. BSNL Customer care is not locking *4342*1593 my father's no. cc @KolkataPolice (1/3)

    @BSNL_KOTD #BSNL network is very much poor for calling and data both, across the area. And please don't ask for call drop. It's pathetic. Why people are not getting proper service?? What is actually your role being a service provider?? @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India

    @airtelindia @consumerforum_ I just ported from BSNL 3g to Airtel 4g. 9830771819. Airtel 4g is pathetic. Poor network for internet facilities. Why u guys are fooling customer?

    @BJP4Bengal Why does BSNL have no or low coverage ? Just compare the state owned company of Norway - Telenor with our own BSNL...one is a Billion Dollar operator & the other with huge infrastructure is dying a normal death. Had BSNL got the support that Jio got, the story could've been diff

    @CMDBSNL Hello sir, My father is retired employee of BSNL. Our landline is O.O.O from 2020 and we registered many complaints but no response from the team. I checked the status of complaints, it shows resolved. I tweeted and get the same response. Would be grt if U can help.

    @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate My land line no. 033-22843922 along with Broadband, Entally area, Kolkata is not working since mid December 2019. No. of complaints raised at local exchange, area manager & at CGM/BSNL/Kolkata without any results. Please arrange permanent disconnection

    @BSNL_KOTD Everytime msg is received as your complaint has been resolved but no solution provided. Why should anyone pay for dead phone line every month since March'20. Even during Covid period(thereafter long bsnl strike)of 2 months same msgs sent always. No one rings to verify

    @Vidyut Affordable - yes, service reliability (at least for BSNL, never experienced MTNL) was not so reliable. If one faced issues, they were at the mercy of babus.

    @BSNL_TN using BSNL number for more than 10 years and thought to port 1 number. While generating a UPC getting msg as "UPC cannot be generated as there is an active request for the change of ownership for this number" Customer care ask 2 go HO which is 75 KM away.very poor srvce

    @bsnl_care @ParasmeSaurabh Once the network upgrades are actually complete, let me know. I gave BSNL multiple chances by porting my primary number to it, but I ended up porting out every time because the network proved unreliable when I needed it most.

    Request to BSNL please increase the number of towers. The network condition is the same today as it was 13 years ago, only 4G has come in 2G areas. If you can't install new towers, then do tower sharing. The last thing is to increase the number of towers. @BSNLCorporate

    @piyush_trades @vesperaurora1 For that you shouldn't encourage state monopolies. Scrap BSNL for good, enough tax payer money has been pumped to just keep it afloat You should ask for less regulations and more competitor, the price will automatically come down
