Our landline is O.O.O from 2020 and we registered many complaints but no response from the team. I checked the status of complaints, it shows resolved. I tweeted and get the same response. BSNL was competing against those 15 operators nicely. Its entry into 5G was restricted to benefit JIO. I use BSNL broadband and it works good but its mobile network is bad.
