@abpanandatv Need help as our bidyut minister taking action regarding high CESC bill similarly BSNL landline which is out of order from 20th may. They are sending bills timely but not repairing line. I need help of telecom minister in this regards also.

@consumerforum_ I just ported from BSNL 3g to Airtel 4g. 9830771819. Airtel 4g is pathetic. Poor network for internet facilities. Why u guys are fooling customer?

@BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate My land line no. 033-22843922 along with Broadband, Entally area, Kolkata is not working since mid December 2019. No. of complaints raised at local exchange, area manager & at CGM/BSNL/Kolkata without any results. Please arrange permanent disconnection

@BSNL_GJ @AshwiniVaishnaw I went to a BSNL CSC to convert my SIM to eSIM on 8th. I was surprised to find that BSNL app server was down since 1st Dec. Even today, there is no progress. The officer said that it's nation wide breakdown and don't know when it will be operational.

After reaching New York, I found that the roaming service cannot be activated because T-Mobile has reportedly stopped its roaming connectivity with BSNL. As a result, I am unable to receive calls, SMS, or use mobile data, which is causing serious inconvenience.

@DoT_India That means efforts to improve BSNL network is not sufficient. Main culprit for the same is @DoT_India and @JM_Scindia . Needs to at least double the number of BTS to improve network and market share of BSNL.

While I had applied for a BSNL connection, the installation was never carried out at my premises. No BSNL services were ever delivered or used under the above account. It appears that your team created this billing account before installation, which is not the correct process.
