Our landline is O.O.O from 2020 and we registered many complaints but no response from the team. I checked the status of complaints, it shows resolved. I tweeted and get the same response. While other carriers constantly improve indoor coverage BSNL is so poor that the network itself isn't available at certain corners of the home. I regret porting.
