    Need help as our bidyut minister taking action regarding high CESC bill similarly BSNL landline which is out of order from 20th may. They are sending bills timely but not repairing line. I need help of telecom minister in this regards also.

    Our office is in main business hub of Kolkata (Dalhousie). But still the only option for a landline connection is incompetent @airtelindia as the ailing BSNL is no more of an option and @reliancejio is yet to roll out their service. This has made @Airtel_Presence complacent.

    @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate My land line no. 033-22843922 along with Broadband, Entally area, Kolkata is not working since mid December 2019. Nos. of omplaints raised at local exchange, area manager & at CGM/BSNL/Kolkata without any results. Please arrange permanent disconnection

    @SreyashiDey @BSNL_KOTD Same situation with my commection. Post amphan BSNL lines have never been restored. BSNL authorities neither respond to call nor messages.

    Horrible experience with BSNL landline connection, which is lying in not working condition nearly a month , complain registered but no action has taken not even attend call / messages . Residing at Narkeldang. My landline with 2320 exchange. @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate

    @rrsprasad, @officeofrsprasad All of the lockdown has almost passed away. My BSNL broadband is not functioning, since a day before Lockdown 1.0. Officials say, mechanics are not working as their salaries are due for 10 months. I am deprived. Ph. No. 03322643127

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD My mobile number is 8759785012, Now my kids have online classes due to closer of school, But BSNL having very slow internet service at my location. In that case Due to slow internet, I have facing many problems. Kindly provide first internet in my area.

    @rsprasad sir, I have been facing problem for a long time in using my 2 (two) BSNL connection (landlines) ,I have complained many times in kolkata bsnl office but not yet entertained ,it's my ernest request to see bsnl consumer.

    @CMDBSNL @CMDBSNL @PMOIndia Dear Bsnl, Despite my landline pH is out of order from last 2 month, how can you send bills for payment ,several complain have registered 'Dear Customer, Outgoing facility on your BSNL Landline is barred for account No. 8005547228"

    @BSNL_KOTD my BSNL FTTH connection is out of order since cyclone Amphan ie 20 May. Communicated with customer care for quite a few times . Complain no 15488405182 dt 27 May . Wrote to Mr S K DEB GM Kolkata but no reply so far. My kids attending online classes. M - 9836634579

    I have complained many times regarding not working of broadband. Even technician is not able to solve the problem. No Internet connection issue in every 10 minutes.BSNL is not able to provide good service even after paying regular bills. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ

    @BSNL_KTK BSNL self-care portal does not fecilitate disconnection of services. This is against customer interests. I have discontinued use of BB 080- 23646201 , Cust Id 4022812948 from Oct 8. Repeated requests to Customer Care centre at Vidyranyapura have met with refusal .

    I want to get a lapu sim from BSNL. I have been traveling in BSNL office since 5 months. I have not received Lapu Sim yet. Nor have I become a retailer. How will its network grow and the customer needs 21 years @BSNLCorporate 😣

    @BSNLCorporate @AgriGoI Why is BSNL really torturing their customers? Every time when there is internet problem why do you keep asking customer to bring the modem to your office? Is this how you do business? This is happening in manipur. Is this also common in other places? Your staff not approachable.

    @BSNLCorporate @jagograhakjago Hi. I'm from 637201 I'm trying to get a new internet connection from BSNL. Service provider contacted me and said in order to get a connection I need to pay INR 20000 as the fiber laying charges. BSNL outsourced it to a local Cable vendor. Please check ur dm for me info
