Today morning I used card to pay BSNL but transaction was declined & Card is blocked. So that there is no coordination internally in SBI card and Customers are being harassed

Universal Service Obligation funding is there. Based on that scheme, we are given some target of installing the towers. So, that is called 4G saturation towers. Their officials visited my location & discussed issue with me and went away. That's it. Seriously they can't even have power backup for their tower.
