Our landline is O.O.O from 2020 and we registered many complaints but no response from the team. I checked the status of complaints, it shows resolved. I tweeted and get the same response. BSNL not getting 3G or 4G while all other private players got it definitely slowed down its growth/expansion plans. BSNL's towers paved the way for growth of private players is unquestionable. BSNL could bring much more than starlink too if only the government had the will!
