Spoke to personnel. Bt u knw bSNl is BSNL. Who uses it now! Its your fault! Lets the customer beware is the maxim 🤣

@BSNL_GJ @AshwiniVaishnaw I went to a BSNL CSC to convert my SIM to eSIM on 8th. I was surprised to find that BSNL app server was down since 1st Dec. Even today, there is no progress. The officer said that it's nation wide breakdown and don't know when it will be operational.
