Today morning I used card to pay BSNL but transaction was declined & Card is blocked. So it appears that there is no coordination internally in SBI card and Customers are being harassed

Our landline is O.O.O from 2020 and we registered many complaints but no response from the team. I checked the status of complaints, it shows resolved. I tweeted and get the same response. No idea how to make it alive again.This landline is solely for broadband usage.Hence do not find much reason to keep this line any more due to Pathetic services of BSNL technical team. Yesterday at around 11 PM, the connection went down and it is still not restored. What is more frustrating than the outage is the complete lack of response from the local BSNL team.

Switching network between Dolphin and BSNL is really frustrating. Cutomer care just make a call for formality and no solution at all after 3 years.
