Our landline is O.O.O from 2020 and we registered many complaints but no response from the team. I checked the status of complaints, it shows resolved. I tweeted and get the same response. Even with BSNL managing things, the risk of a downgrade is high if they miss that T-3 funding timeline again. Not a safe bet at all.
