Was so pissed up with the connection. Even went physically to their office. Spoke to personnel. Bt u knw bSNl is BSNL. Who uses it now! Its your fault! Lets the customer beware is the maxim 🤣

Complained raised at local exchange, area manager & at CGM/BSNL/Kolkata without any results. Please arrange permanent disconnection.

But still the only option for a landline connection is incompetent @airtelindia as the ailing BSNL is no more of an option and @reliancejio is yet to roll out their service.
