@DoT_India I being Customer has to borne Around INR. 17,000.00 For FTTH Connection cost My House in Lumding 700m from Exchange, so I have to pay all the cost of wire & Other Charges As cited by the Team in BSNL Lumdind, Guwahati Associated Quarter I have to pay hefty amount.

@BSNLCorporate I made a payment of 2792 vide UPI Reference id 926233846521 for BSNL Ftth No 0674-2974071 at BSNL self-care The amount is debited from bank but bsnl didn't confirm the same My bank says amount already transferred to BSNL Plz restore my service as service is down

@BSNLCorporate Still there is no improvement...... In BSNL Network Side there is no response... Already complaint 6 days before.BSNL network team not working... BSNL Network team very negligence team. No proper solution.

Service prices should be proportionate to revenue earning

@Airtel_Presence People's make fool by airtel ,main balance recharge not available in any recharges. If we recharge for validity of 35 balance not added in main balance so. I think we choos bsnl or jio. Because they do not fraud this type to customer
