I was try in website but they not respond and i go to bsnl office they says that no one use in your area so we dont do that. Please help me in this case and provide me broadband. Both office and home has WiFi and there is no point in getting a high priced internet pack for 1/2 hrs per day. Bsnl internet sucks in non metros but gives 2g/3g speed while sayig 4g, good enough for msging

So better to switch to netowrks like Voda or BSNL I agree BSNL’s network is weak but they will upgrade once they see people switching

Under the free 5G SIM upgrade scheme, he visited the BSNL Customer Care Centre May 2026 onwards and was issued a new prepaid 5G SIM.
