I was try in website but they not respond and i go to bsnl office they says that no one use in your area so we dont do that. Please help me in this case and provide me broadband. They says if you want this then pay almost 15000/- money for new connections. They says it’s for fiber cable money. My mobile number 9435516640.

Neeraj Agarwal (@taxpayer1978) reported@bsnl_care I was using BSNL previously, but the internet was always in ICU. The customer care is also usless. Even to cancel the connection, i had to run to BSNL office twice, with ancient methods of writing letters, and waiting in queue just to pay outstanding amount and return the modem. Even after cancelling, the bills came to me for a few months, until I went to BSNL and made a ruckus out of the useless processes. Then I let go BSNL for good. You have a great reach in India, but very poor systems & processes. World will not wait. You need to catch up. Thank you for your message though. Very kind of you.

As far I know there is a BSNL tower in tupudana but DOES it ever work?
