    @bsnlassamcircle How can i apply for bsnl broadband connection in my area. I was try in website but they not respond and i go to bsnl office they not help me. They says that no one use in your so we dont do that. Please help me in this case and provide me bsnl broadband.

    @BSNL_AS I go to the BSNL Office but they also not responding and say no one use in your area so they don’t help me. They says if you want this then pay almost 15000/- money for new connections. They says it’s for fiber cable money. My mobile number 9435516640.

    BSNL broad band related customer care service is the worst. I had raised a complaint on broadband connection. The customer care provider says They only register complaints. For resolving issues they asked us to go to the nearby office. Why is that called customer care? #BSNL

    @w_karve @BSNLCorporate Don’t expect anything to happen. Ours was dead for 3-4 months but we still had to pay bills, wouldn’t get resolved and my mum would go to the BSNL office a lot. Finally one employee told her, BSNL isn’t going to update lines and fix anymore, they have no money. Better disconnect.

    @netplusofficial the user experience makes me feel, I should switch to bsnl. Trying to call the customer service number from registered #! Call simply disconnects. Tried from a friend's # it works. Bhagwan bharose chal raha hai tum logo ka.

    @w_karve @BSNLCorporate Sir why don't you convert your connection to FTTH. Your number won't change but will get good service. FTTH services of BSNL are fully privatized. So be rest assured the service will be best.
