    @BSNL_AS I go to the BSNL Office but they also not responding and say no one use in your area so they don’t help me. They says if you want this then pay almost 15000/- money for new connections. They says it’s for fiber cable money. My mobile number 9435516640.

    @bsnlassamcircle How can i apply for bsnl broadband connection in my area. I was try in website but they not respond and i go to bsnl office they not help me. They says that no one use in your so we dont do that. Please help me in this case and provide me bsnl broadband.

    @BSNLCorporate Can i know, what prompt action is being taken to resolve the problem? As i am using BSNL since my childhood and i dont want to port with any other Operator.

    @BSNLCorporate @TarunGu58595966 Same here, my broadband was discontinued on 15th Feb and they had taken 9 days to restore it, will they deduct amount of this 9 days. Poor bsnl people, poor mentality, and poor BSNL.

    @MTNLOfficial it has been 5 days my no is not activated.and your customer care "woman" don't know how to talk with customers.instead solving the problem they are scolding. Big mistake I made after porting into bsnl :( inactive bsnl no - 8054433494 alternate no - 7763867600

    @BSNLCorporate - Dear team, either give option to talk to customer care executives, or arrange a call back. Pathetic service. Calls and sms are barred without any reason even under validity period. @TRAI @DoT_India - why you guys are silent about BSNL and not taking any action ??

    No bsnl network in village for last 3 days. Had IT documents work today. That's why could not respond to tahperson yesterday.

    @BSNLCorporate Tomorrow is my validity expires. No signal at all and voice is not at all clear on both the ends. Calling to customer care is nightmare. Very hard to understand the IVRS voice and very pathetic. Never ever recommend BSNL network to anyone.
