    @BSNL_AS I go to the BSNL Office but they also not responding and say no one use in your area so they don’t help me. They says if you want this then pay almost 15000/- money for new connections. They says it’s for fiber cable money. My mobile number 9435516640.

    @BSNLCorporate my Landline complaint no 1060205597 dated 16.01.2023 has been declared resolved by BSNL (just received sms) however no one from BSNL has ever has come to my house for repairing of dead phone. Is such is the way of resolving customer complaint ?

    @BSNLCorporate If the fault is on the main cable then why in this 21st century BSNL cannot replace it. What if some new connection is to be given to a new customer in my area or even to our own Complex. I am also an Engineer and fail to understand this nonsense comment made by BSNL officials

    Hi @BSNLCorporate , While I am trying to downgrade the bsnl fiber plan in bsnl self portal unable to find the options for downgrade the plans can you please downgrade the plan to plan FIBER BASIC plan. Bsnl service id : 08515-295101 Customer id :4025151022

    @BSNLCorporate Problem is still unresolved. Probably as per my information BSNL is only interested to get the connection disconnected as they are not keen on any solution. I have submitted written application complain to day to Vastrapur exchange, Ahmedabad.

    Hi, I wish to change my current BSNL plan to "Home Wifi/Ghar ka wifi" of Rs 399. BSNL panihati exchange said my current "My Fiber Basic" plan of Rs 499 cannot be downgraded. Please help. @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate
