@bsnlassamcircle How can i apply for bsnl broadband connection in my area. I was try in website but they not respond and i go to bsnl office they not help me. They says that no one use in your so we dont do that. Please help me in this case and provide me bsnl broadband.

@BSNL_AS I go to the BSNL Office but they also not responding and say no one use in your area so they don’t help me. They says if you want this then pay almost 15000/- money for new connections. They says it’s for fiber cable money. My mobile number 9435516640.

The customer care is just registering complaints for 2 days and asking me to wait for 24hrs everytime for 2days and doing nothing. So, it's customer duty to pay and then track complaints as well, while local service doesn't care at all.The worst customer service ever #BSNL (2/3)

In the present market of fierce competition, BSNL is asking customer to buy modem from market for new Bharat fibre connection. If anything goes wrong in buying then BSNL will blame the customer. Is buying modem is justified? Can BSNL survive @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw
