  @JioCare have you gathered too many customers that your service speed has drastically reduced? Two incidents in two houses in a week. When I raised a service request, you assigned an engineer for the 13th. Should I wait without internet for so long or switch to other provider?

  @airtelindia worst service provider you are. I was hoping for a home delivery of new number but you don't provide that. That's something you must learn from @JioCare @reliancejio . Then I went to your store at Vesu , ViP Road branch and I had to wait in a queue for 10 mins.

  absolutely terrible customer service, the earliest engineer appointment I’m getting is after 30 hours & I have paid full amount for the services, you’ll never accept any delay in that, why the delay while providing customer service? This is the 3rd time!!! @reliancejio @JioCare

  @JioCare Every day of delay is causing serious hardship. If Jio has custody of this number, why is there no clear response or action? I request an immediate resolution.If reactivation is not possible, provide the exact reason in writing instead of making me run from one company to another
