@JioCare Hello, i am here to raise a complaint regarding our jio air fiber connection which has been getting disconnected frequently. We need to remove all the connections keep it aside for sometime and connect again to get the internet back this is happening many times in a day.

Jiofiber has worst customer support. Net not working since morning. Even after raising a complaint, no visit by technician & now they give an to reschedule a visit 2 days later. Will Jio extend the validity for the time net is not working today? @JioCare @DoT_India

@JioCare my jiowifi is not working , but your advisor refuses to send a technician because according to her my connection is working . She is behaving as if I am her servant and am supposed to work for her and obey her This is absolutely unacceptable Worse customer care

Hi @reliancejio, I applied for relocation of JioFiber, visit was scheduled for 25 April 2026. However neither anyone came for relocation nor any call received Whenever I am calling customer care, it says visit scheduled already thank you and call gets disconnected Seeking help

@JioCare I don't think you have gone through my messages. You all are acting like a parrot. Again and again copy pasting the same message which was sent earlier. I have already mentioned that I need a call from your customer care executive rather than your false consolations.
