    Very disappointed with @JioCare service. JioFiber registration was done on 12-05-2026, and today is 23-05-2026, but installation is still pending. Engineers are not answering calls and no proper update is being provided. Please take immediate action and complete the installation

    @JioCare Customers are paying for stable service, not repeated disruptions and temporary fixes. Please provide a proper permanent resolution instead of vague updates with no ETA or accountability.

    @JioCare Thanks for nothing, Suraj. I wasn't expecting anything to come out of an extension but there's been nothing done about how absolutely horrible it has been to deal with your customer support team. You're the third on the list of people I spoke with who had zero care.
