    @JioCare @reliancejio SR000014KRPC ticket is open from past 3 days. How many days would you take to send technician to resolve internet issue ?? Your customer care sucks ! none of your executives have the courtesy to call back and follow up on the issue. Disgusting!!😠😠😡

    @JioCare If i am giving 187th reminder , which means i must have provided all detail, can't you think this ? Due to this type of dumb employee JIO is not able to provide service.

    @JioCare My jio fibre optics external cable has been damaged by CESC workers during maintenance work. I have been trying to connect to a customer care executive for the past few days but all I get to interact with the IVR. Please resolve it asap

    @reliancejio @JioCare : I had requested for Jio fiber connection , Order Ref No. : NO0000H2G1UP But later it was communicated that they can cot give connection at present to current location. Can you check and help refund the amount.

    @JioCare the jio cellphone network gsm is very poor around these coordinates...even calling is not possible at this place...many time we requested for signal boosting but all in vain...coordinates are 34.1512390, 74.1968694 Plzz look into the matter..

    Jio walo salo pise lete ho or network shi se nhi dete ho. har mahine 249 ka recharge krta hu or net ki ## jati hai BC Network shi se dena nhi ata to sim band kr lo ya free me recharge dedo lwda recharge bhi kro or network speed 100 KB/s only @reliancejio @JioCare @TechnicalGuruj

    @JioCare @airtelindia Dear so called jio apke customer care wale WFH and they disconnected the call every time how much time you will take to close my number 8287270557 still waiting to close this Number. permanently realy disgusting you guys please keep you bag ready like Vodafone.
