Done a recharge of 98rs for jio wireless device and to download 5mb of data it is taken 30 mins time and u can understand how slow is the network @JioCare when I call customer care they said due to some network conjunction internet is slow. It means it's waste of my money@JioCare

@reliancejio your network is so slow that it can't even reach fast . com to check the network speed, worst network. Few days back ported from @Airtel_Presence Airtel was soo good. Very disappointed with Jio.

@TRAI @rssharma3 It's better think about taking action on mobile networks like @JioCare n @Airtel_Presence because they are providing worst network in india... if they are charging money they need to provide proper network of not there should be penalty on them if not they dont change.

@JioCare broadband is the biggest fraud in India they won't provide proper service payment done for the new connection 10 days back still installation was not done how shame it and if we cancel it takes 30 days back 2 our account @reliancejio need to be ashamed of this. 🖕

@JioCare Since there is no positive response from your side after all private conversations with the support team, I believe that JIO is unable to relocate my connection. Now watch how easily can I get a NEW connection within 24hrs of application.
