Have been complaining about JIOFIBRE services as my screen is going completely black several times. Customer care is continuously saying the issue has been resolved without even sending an executive. It’s been 3 days since we raised a complaint, yet told the issue will be fixed in 5 days. Does this mean customers must wait 5 days for repairs? New connections come in 1 day, but fault resolution takes 5?
