Thn the 5ghz band doesn't work well even after u sit beside the router. Asked to change the router bt no executive agreed to do so cz for them it's ok having no issue . Planning to terminate.

At least we deserve proper support from humans not bots

After 3rd when I call the jio executive vikash Kumar threatened me and disconnect my.thats why i am changing my jio sim .

Several times I have told your technical team to change it but no one found any fault in its horrible system. So it's better to terminate your connection.
