    @JioCare Just like to inform you (Jio) when i travel in local train from Chinsurah to Howrah, the Jio internet is horrible in entire travel. Is it possible to improve for better experience ?

    @reliancejio #JioFiber Getting worse day by day. Entire day running like a tortoise. Thn the 5ghz band doesn't work well even after u sit beside the router. Asked to change the router bt no executive agreed to do so cz for them it's ok having no issue . Planning to terminate.

    @JioCare Really stunned from service guy of jiofiber,I called him because of the internet issue, after fixing it he says we won't be able to come and fix your connection again, so better cancel your jiofiber else no one will come service you.#JioFiber @JioFiberVoice

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare can you please tell me how many days it takes to relocate jiofiber. Because from last 3 days i am just receiving messages of rescheduling one day to next day. Is this the way of you guys to treat your existing customers.

    @JioCare Internet speed of JIO network is drastically poor in Shapoorji Pallonji Area near Kolkata (PIN code 700135). Please resolve. So many customers are porting ther connection to other mobile service providers mainly Airtel Bharati.

    @reliancejio had requested jio fiber to be installed at home in Kolkata, upon checking the technician informed that the nearest connection box was broken, am trying to get a refund, also interestingly no call is going thru my registered mobile number to the call centre...

    @JioCare I had a talk with 2 Jio service guys. They are pitching me to do new installations instead of relocation or else it will take 15 days to relocate. (Relocation area is but 5-6 buildings away) Is that Ethical?

    @reliancejio @JioCare when I have call 2time in jio customer care service then they disconnected my call without any reason. After 3rd when I call the jio executive vikash Kumar threatened me and disconnect my.thats why i am changing my jio sim .

    After launch of #5G, I wished to experience at least once; #Jio @reliancejio "CLAIMED" launch in #Kolkata but I didn't see signal. It'll be shocking if 5G reaches me after 2-3 years of launch by PM @PMOIndia @narendramodi ji. Millions already bought 5G handsets, needs upgrading

    @reliancejio I have raised a complaint for the issue of no network ,but problem was not solve and complains were closed automatically my refrence numbers please check or I will port to AIRTEL (SR00001G1EBK), (SR00001G1EW3), (SR00001G1EXQ), (SR00001G1EZF).

    @JioCare @JioCare I have been saying that I get alloted a slot for engineer visit but nobody visit and then someone behind keyboard who doesn't even read the issue says the "Click on “Reschedule” button to change the appointment timing as per your availability."

    @Airtel_Presence It's been more than 24 hours, and there's still no response to my complaint not even an update. If you're not going to resolve the issue, at least let me know. I will go for @JioCare I'm unable to work from home because my AirFiber speed is stuck at around 2 Mbps

    @JioCare My JioFiber has been down for 3 days. I was repeatedly promised it would be fixed, but every deadline was missed. I have an important office presentation today and my work is suffering. Please restore my connection urgently.
