These spammers simply reject complaint by stating subscribed catagory of sms or other false update. telecom companies also support them coz they get revenue. @priyankasambhav

@reliancejio But you should not give us 2G speed of Internet after telling it 4G.. Every evening speed sometimes even less than 2G..Being a regular customer I have to stop it for last 2 Month.. Both Vodafone, Airtel have better speed in my location.

@JioCare Hello, we are getting two different bills for jio postpaid and ott services. Is it possible to get just one bill as the ott service is complimentary with jio postpaid. If not, we will unfortunately have to switch our connection as we just need one bill.
