@reliancejio Having issues with Jio Router. First,doesn't easily recharges.second,gives misleading message and makes me re charge again. Finally,doesn't work. Next day it starts and abysmally slow. Upload and download speed less than 1.

@reliancejio Being one of the leading in the country, u should shame of your @JioCare service. My fibre is down for 3 days and today technician visit and told me it will take 2/3 days to fix it. That also in metro city. A hell of after sale service.

@JioCare @reliancejio I installed jio fibre 2 days back, i paid 4500 rupees in advance for the connection even it was free trial for a month. Now charging 2281 rupees for 2 hour when I requested for surrender as not user friendly console. Pathetic service, no body picking call.
