Called 198 & got no genuine response. I told them to get my complaint to higher authorities but they kept on saying what the system says. Made them undrstnd alot but they repeat same thing.If this complaint is not resolved, I am bound to switch over to any other network @JioCare

@reliancejio what’s the point of a customer care number if one cannot register a complaint about a non-functional Jio TV set top box. Tried unsuccessfully for an hour to speak to customer care executive. Set Top box installed 2 days ago is not working.

JioCare is dictating terms to me , sending me almost 10 unsolicited messages a day "Recharge your Jio no. 7003062544 on PhonePe with Jio All-in-one plan at Rs.555, scratch & win rewards upto Rs.175 on PhonePe. Hence I refuse to renew.

@reliancejio @JioCare I did made a recharge of 199 rs and the amount was been deducted from my bank account however the recharge failed N now jio denied that there was no recharge done! Worst pathetic services provided by @reliancejio @jiocareindia @JioCare

@JioCare I had raised request to cancel jiofiber service on 18/11/21 after using it for over a year.The appointment for device pickup has been rescheduled 6 times and everytime I call the customer care they say we will inform the backend team.Most pathetic customer service ever!

I provided my land for tower to improve the network of my locality and was told a monthly rent of 13000. After the deployment of tower nither my network problem is resolved nor my monthly rent of 13000 is recived reliancejio is huge company and doing fraud with us.

@JioCare after talking with customer card there is no solution after 1 hour I got call from this number +91 6900-421286 And told me calling by jio care and tried to scam me. Seems jio customer care sharing info with scammer Please take some action on that.
