@JioCare Thanks. I have multiple connections. Apart from @Airtel_Presence, I also have Jio and thankfully, the Jio network is helping me a lot because otherwise I would have had no connectivity at all. On the contrary, Airtel has totally let me down. Be it in Mobility or DTH.

My internet is down from the last 2 days and I compliant Jio with ref no SR0000116N0K. The engineer was scheduled today between 12pm-3pm but no one turned up and no one bothered to call me. It's creating a heavy impact in my workplace. @JioCare @reliancejio @jio

There is no solution for internet connection and shifting the router. I raised complaint 6-7 times but @JioCare you are taking customer granted . Worst service of @JioCare Executive writes the complaint and without any feedback from customer they close the ticket.

@reliancejio Hi recently moved to an apartment in Mysore, I face low network and data speed, So I am switching to Vodafone as there are 150 houses in this apartment and most of them advised me to use Vodafone or Airtel. I'm quite surprised by Jio's reluctant service in this area.
