    @JioCare Hi, it has been more than 2 weeks now, can you pls give me the status of my refund now?This actually justifies the behavior of ur staff who was rude to me, fine whatever, Tell me an approx date when will get my money back? Sry but your no response is the reason of my frustration.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio Fiber not working since two days. Technitian assigned but no one has bothered to visit. When I called technitian he says he does not visit but sends someone else. No resolution since 2 days. Request ID: SR00002LIZH6

    @JioCare @JioCare The wire whc comes to my house had been damaged and due to which I am unable to use internet no option of raising service ticket number due to outage. tried callling the local jio service provider, he said without service ticket number we will not come and resolve it
