  Dear @JioCare, The Jio network in Luni, Jodhpur (342802) has become a nightmare. Every 3–4 days the network goes completely down for 5–6 hours, while nearby areas work perfectly. The issue is clearly with the local Jio tower.

  @JioCare I recharged ₹ 824.84 for my jio fiber but ater 24hr of rechar net ia not working. Technical team said talk to customers care and customer care is activating my net pack from last 24hr. What a great survice. This is 2nd time happened.

  @reliancejio This is the third time I am lodging a complaint, yet the Jio team is taking no action. Since yesterday, neither calls nor the internet are working in our village; even though the network shows 5G, nothing works. I am having to use a hotspot from an Airtel SIM just to file this

  @JioCare it's been 3 days and the issue has not been resolved yet, for the last three days my wifi is not working and it only says the request is in hold without any update on the process. Is this type of service we expect from Jio that too in middle of the city SR00003A2LR9
