@JioCare i live in Antarwali sarati village, TQ. Ambad, dist. Jalna, pin code 431205. Almost 90% village usese jio network. But network coverage in the area is very poor. Kindly take notice of this and provide quality service to the customers.

@JioCare @reliancejio I've reported a problem under ID SR00001CFGP2. When contacting CC about a minor STB issue that is blinking with a green light, they are escalating the problem from day one and there has been no answer regarding a fix for more than 4+ days #jiofibre #jiostb

@JioCare A month old new connection second time breakdown of BB with cable fault.Very poor customer care,got response no slot available for today and I need to wait till tomorrow. My Jio app is giving error to raise service request, same with Jio chat app. Am closing my account.
