Now I applied for new connection and paid 5300rs. For that also no response. So I cancelled both and for refund 21 days.

After 4.5 days of delay, all my SRs were cancelled, yet you claim “no delay.” Then why was I repeatedly pleading on X for resolution? Fine, close the issue—but I still want the pro-rata adjustment for 4.5 days.
