    I had stopped recharging @jio_fiber @JioCare coz of their pathetic service and network. However, due to compulsion i had to take a new network connection at my workplace. Been 7 days with advamce payment and no signs of them. I am ready to pay 5k if any blue tick handle amplifies

    @JioCare I am a consumer of JioAirFiber in Sukhobristi, Kolkata. On my last tweet, I told you about my speed issue. Customer service here said, problem cannot be resolved. But your salesman promised best internet. I NEED A REFUND!!!!

    @JioCare Thank you for response My technician appointment is put on hold without my knowledge It’s been more than 3 days ( 2nd time for 2 consecutive weeks) Your technicians aren’t paying attention It looks jiofibre support works only Mon-Fri Doesn’t this require an urgent response?

    @JioCare Pls share the work that’s happening from your side? Patience is for the first 24 hrs. Now I’m without internet for 72 hrs. Stop send me your templated/ canned messages for the sake of replying, rather fixing the actual problem.

    @JioCare @TRAI With each passing day reliance jio ki services worst hoti ja rahi hai. 7th August 2026 se jio ka net snail pace se bhi slow chal raha hai. It's taking more than 5 minutes for a simple google search. M using jio service since a decade. Shame on you jio.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I paid for a Jio AirFiber connection, but my request was cancelled (screenshot attached). I have NOT received my refund.I sent multiple emails, How can activation be complete when the connection was never installed? Order ID LR00001DR6Z7.
