    @reliancejio Extremely disappointed with @JioCare. My service request SR000033PYGB was closed with a "False Resolution" claim. No technician visited, no call received, and my Wi-Fi is still down in Wave City, Ghaziabad. Internet is essential for my work. Resolve this immediately!

    @JioCare @JioCare The technician has still not arrived despite a confirmed schedule. My JioFiber has been down since 21 April, and now even the assigned visit has been missed. This is complete negligence and a clear failure to meet your commitment.

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, installation itself has not been done yet. My complaint is regarding the delay in installation. Sending an engineer after completion is not relevant right now Kindly arrange installation on an urgent basis as already requested. No response from assigne agent as well.

    @JioCare there's too much delay in resolving internet connectivity issue. Raised ticket yesterday and no one answerered till now. Reached out to your support team multiple times today but still there's a lot of delay. How to push, this is delaying everything when WFH. @JioCare
