    @reliancejio @JioCare experiencing poor customer service at jio stores. This happened twice in last 3 months with three different stores. Needed urgent duplicate sim today. they always make an excuse like server issue!Person who operates unavailable, come back later tomorrow.1/2

    @JioCare Dear Sir/Mam In our area We are facing problem by using internet from last 3 days Unlimited users already complent to Jio 198 complement no. But they only giving us to time and say it will be shout-out in 5 hours, 11 hours, 7 hours but we are continuesly facing problem

    @GooglePayIndia Recharged my jio number, the amount is deducted from my bank, but the @reliancejio team is telling me they did not receive any request for recharge, what's going on guys. Both support team asking me to contact eachother like seriously.

    @saurabhskth Port to any another operator, #Jiocare is never helpful. These people will create service request & close at there own pace. I am too having multiple cases created and output is zero no improvement in the network.

    @GooglePayIndia I have done recharge on my jio number, the amount is deducted and showing recharge processed, but @JioCare is saying they have not received recharge request from my no. Contacted both customer support no resolution so far.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I m using #jionet, and facing some issues regarding #InternetSpeed, during day time speed don't go beyond 100kbps but at night after 12am it's upto 1Mbps. This happens at same place only. #RelianceJio

    @JioCare @NetflixIndia switched my account from jio prepaid to postpaid 399 plans on receiving bills was charged Rs.920 on complaint jio telling Netflix plan upgraded to 699 but I never opted it and Netflix telling plan upgraded from jio end why customer suffer for it.

    @Airtel_Presence I am gesture g worse experience with the data speed. It's getting on my nerves. It's day or night speed will not exceed more than 800kb kB and while browsing it would take 20 to 30 Dennis to open any link. @JioCare Help me to port!!

    @JioCare @VodafoneGroup Jio network is very pathetic condition in our location speed 10kbps, break network,poore network, location Name Uttrakhand, Pati Range and Moolakot Range. Need network improvement or suggest for customers that improvement network or port other networks.
