    Hopeless service of JIO. Every month JIO deliberately use to discontinue the internet services for 2-3 days. Best way to earn additional profit by cheating customer. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare i lost my number 9834146141 . tried to retrieve it . local jio centre refused saying it’s deactivated . shockingly the same number is given to another user . my social media attached to that number is under risk . please help

    @JioCare @reliancejio poor service from Jio. My jio fiber is not installed even though it has been more than a week now. My registered mobile num is 8220271316. Their engineer never bother to come on given specified time and we keep calling on customer care for future date

    @JioCare If JIO system/tower is unable to provide proper connectivity and internet speed to the existing customer or unable to upgrade existing load system so company should stop new connection. Now,customer feeling that they were be-fuled and all the service provider are same.

    @JioCare Is there any system of providing resolution in Reliance Jio or your system just closes the complaint automatically? @trai you should look into this kind of practice followed by @reliancejio I have made multiple complaints all closed same day or next day but still no resolution.

    After going to jio fiber service centre.. service manager is also helpless regrading my jio fiber connection breakdown. No engineer is appointed till now..this is so disgusting. @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @JioCare Never get associated with JioFiber . Going through worst customer service experience ever among all internet service providers. @jiocare Have let me go through an ordeal of harrowing experience after placing a request for relocation since 26th June. Will suggest at least 100 people whom I know about this experience and will ask them to never subscribe to JioFiber at their home. @Jiofiber treats it's customer in most pathetic manner. Most annoying of it is they don't give a damn about this even after realising this.

    @aasishravas @MisraNityanand I wonder why this site does not open in Jio wifi and mobile data.I lodged a complaint but they we couldn't tell why. Opened on Airtel data though. No option but to change service provider.@JioCare

    @JioCare You have spine to ask this? Your backend team closes the complain even without addressing it, engineer doesn't visits the house to be see what exactly is the issue. In my building we had almost 50+ connections which is not bought down to just 4, this is bcoz of the Services...
