    @JioCare You people are not able to do something so company should weight and watch for future response of JIO customer s. Realy if wants to resolve problem , immediately Acton to be taken for all complaints regarding call drop and data connectivity. Instead of sending DM and alt no msg.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I m using #jionet, and facing some issues regarding #InternetSpeed, during day time speed don't go beyond 100kbps but at night after 12am it's upto 1Mbps. This happens at same place only. #RelianceJio

    @JioCare @reliancejio poor service from Jio. My jio fiber is not installed even though it has been more than a week now. My registered mobile num is 8220271316. Their engineer never bother to come on given specified time and we keep calling on customer care for future date

    @JioCare This problem is continue since last 6 month and after so many assurance by the customer care day by day data speed is declined and buffering so do something to retain customer and trust of customer. Every big company is big till the customer is with them or ? Now one ambani is ?

    @GooglePayIndia I have done recharge on my jio number, the amount is deducted and showing recharge processed, but @JioCare is saying they have not received recharge request from my no. Contacted both customer support no resolution so far.

    @JioCare If JIO system/tower is unable to provide proper connectivity and internet speed to the existing customer or unable to upgrade existing load system so company should stop new connection. Now,customer feeling that they were be-fuled and all the service provider are same.

    @reliancejio What kind of network is this? There is no proper internet connectivity in any area, even though the 5G signal is showing full bars. This 5G network is worse than 2G. You are charging so much and advertising it as ‘unlimited,’ which makes no sense. I think this

    @JioCare We recently took a Jio Fiber connection with a 3-month subscription, but for the past 6 days, we have had no internet or Wi-Fi connectivity at all. Despite making numerous calls to customer support, there has been no proper resolution, and no engineer has visited
