    @JioCare If JIO system/tower is unable to provide proper connectivity and internet speed to the existing customer or unable to upgrade existing load system so company should stop new connection. Now,customer feeling that they were be-fuled and all the service provider are same.

    @reliancejio Very bad services. Postpaid plan has option of pre on post recharge. But after recharge, it doesn't stop billing monthly even after paying for full year pre on post. Moreover 2 plans can be simultaneously activated and validity doesn't increase. Worst is no refund

    @JioCare This problem persists from last 4 to 5 month in our area and also reported earlier and the reply was "due to overload in your area we are unable to give time limit for its rectification" so the same reply will be given by you if I give my mo no and alternative mo no.

    @JioCare Today I recieved call from jio field staff regarding installation. He told me that thay will work only Monday to Saturday Even when the appointment booked by customer on Sunday and also the company confirmed the appointment. Who is misguiding us company or field staff.

    @airtelindia @reliancejio , I just have BSNL and a local Services provider at my place, BSNL is down maximum times and local ISP is way too overpriced like 2000 Rs. for 100 Mbps that too with no extras, here more than 200 individual connections are needed
