    @JioCare @ianuragthakur ji ,we are facing downtime with no net and cable service by Jio Fiber from past 4 hours in entire Uttarakhand. Need to know how should they be felt responsible for the same.. Call center guys just says it's down in your state..

    @JioCare it has been 3 days since the problem was notified. It is a regular problem. Your technicians repair one connection and spoil the other. Despite unable to resolve the problem, we have to face arrogant and unprofessional attitude of your customer care.

    @JioCare There is nothing to connect over DM! The required details are not necessary. I have shared the screenshot that should certainly help you to take corrective action if you have the WILLINGNESS do it.

    @JioCare it has been 3 days since the problem was reported. Your technicians keep postponing the scheduled time. They repair one connection in the neighborhood and spoil the other. For the benefit and reputation of JIO, staff deployed at customer care are highly arrogant.
