@JioCare am at Pravachmabalam Junction, Triavandrum now. My phone got connected to your 5G network automatically(using 4G for first time). But unable to make/receive calls. Internet is superb. If I switch to 4G, calls work. Using Samsung S20 FE 5G #issue

My mobile hotspot is not working after Jio 5G got activated, very few websites like YouTube and gmail works, other than that it doesn't even load the page. On mobile is totally fine, pls fix it I see lot of people complaining about it.@JioCare @reliancejio

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please fix the network challenges. The services has been pathetic. People are rejoicing with 5G services all over India and we can’t even do a normal audio call properly. 4 Airtel connections at home. Guess it’s time to change to @reliancejio

@mohdnavajish275 You will keep waiting for the resolution. Instead, get your number switched to some other operator. @reliancejio could be the best option as they are launching 5G superfast & network connectivity has been improved over the period of time.
