    @JioCare Here, I'd like to know the current status of the refund, as well as any feedback and actions made by Jio against the culprits (Field engineer who did not shown up, Support agents, Jio Support in Jio office) on behalf of its customers.

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Customer has to visit to Jio office by spending precious petrol and doing the work which Jio Fiber team should do. How green energy will be successful in India when your own organisation employees don't care about your customers.

    @JioCare we have been raising concern that internet service is down since friday at our place but no one cares . No customer care is able to resolve it . Downtime of 2 days with no proper customer aupport is acceptable . Atleast expect a reply here !
