@reliancejio recharged mobile 10 days back. Showing in Jio App also. But while calling it says to that my validity has expired. Such an irritating customer care you have in App. All are helpless. Wasted recharging ₹2599

@ViCustomerCare are you earning good revenue by providing faulty simcard n den charging for it? After replacing simcard I'm still having the network issue. Pathetic! @JioCare can you please help me get the port in process done at the earliest? Looking forward to porting into Jio.

@reliancejio I'm a prime customer of jio since last 2.5 years. I'm here to inform you that the network services of jio in my area are worst, specially having trouble with calling and surfing. Internet services are that much slower that it takes 1 minute to browse a page.
