Been trying to get my jio remote replaced since 13th June but first the engineer wasn't responding after many calls n mails the engineer came & informed that the remote will be replaced on a cost of Rs 599/-. I was informed by jio customer executive replacement is free.@JioCare

@reliancejio ur service is very poor. We have raised complaint so many Times and talk to authority but no action. Ur service is very poor in our area. Internet is not working and calling is very poor.its been 3 years ur services has not improved.
