@JioCare I want to discontinue service as you are not able to restore the service since the last 3 days and your service engg. Not responding till writing this information. If you will not provide the complete refunds than customer has rights to fight against all this in consumer court

@JioCare @rcsdel I have been trying to get jio ,airtel , excitel , act all say not available and whenever i ask more , they say area is not allowing them to get optical fibre!!!! Its so ******* unfair i cant use mtnl optical , has bany issues in that and forget hathway!!!!

@iamanadii Using mobile phone from decade. But the service provider was worst, till the time jio came in picture, every one was looting money from their customer. Thanks @JioCare for giving us better service at reasonable price. Will suggest you to go with Jio

@JioCare If we don't recharge on time you don't hesitate to stop the service but now you are not able to provide the service for which i have paid so how are you going to balance it now?? Will you provide 2 days extra for jio fibre ?? And what about the loss i faced because of this issue
