@JioCare Oh my god! The worst service ever. We just shifted to a new home and booked the new connection. They said it will be installed on 2nd Oct. However it did not happen and has been rescheduled more than 7 times. They haven't installed even now.

I have called 3 times to the team and never got a proper response. I hope @airtelindia should stop putting false claims on fast services! Shame on such a big Telecom brand! I hope to switch for @reliancejio instead of Airtel after soo many years! #shameonAirtel #badservice

Don't cut n paste and send me the replies each time. I have noticed these replies same words. No action from the service provider. Really pathetic. Is there a higher official whom I can approach. Customer agents not able to solve the problem @JioCare @reliancejio
