    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio , started facing issues with my JioFiber connection and as per your technician recommendation, I have moved to JioAirFiber. But now, I am not able to cancel my existing JioFiber and your MyJio App literally sucks and asks to call the Customer Care number

    @reliancejio tried all things mobile application call on helpline and here on X nothing happened. Don’t know where to solve my problem. Call on helpline got disconnected after making me wait for long time.
