    @JioCare I am facing issue at my home. I am not able to use any social media, any study site also online meeting or work from my home. Since last 1 year. If it will not resolve then I have to port the network.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Absolute mockery of customer service! My JioFiber has been completely down since 13.05.2026 06:00 am and all I am getting is a loop of broken promises and automated messages. My service engineer visit has been rescheduled without my consent.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago Issue has remained unresolved since 7 June. Missed visits, auto-closed tickets, and repeated requests for the same information. I now expect a clear commitment on refund and compensation, not more template replies.

    @airtelindia worst service support wifi not working for more then 6 days , two times engineer change the date slot and suffering is all customers. No one care 24 hr promise is fraud advertisement. I am moving to better network @reliancejio

    Recently ported from Airtel to Jio, but within 2 days I’m facing data issues. Even with 5G active, data gets exhausted and internet stops working completely. Very disappointing experience. Please fix this issue urgently, otherwise I’ll have to switch back. @JioCare @reliancejio

    Pathetic customer service from @JioCare. It has been 5 days since I logged a complaint for my WiFi on the 8th, but no action has been taken as of today (13th). Requesting the team to escalate and fix this ASAP. @reliancejio @JioCare
