    @JioCare @reliancejio My Jio AirFiber connection is not working since installation and no resolution has been provided despite repeated complaints. Kindly disconnect my service,arrange device pickup, and process my refund immediately.Otherwise,I will be forced to file a complaint in Consumer Court.

    @JioCare @JioCare pls refund the amount paid for installation been so long almost 2 week over still no reply no installation update waste of time. Already informed it's a commercial property need it urgently still such a worst follow up and response from your side.

    @jio_fiber @reliancejio @JioCare with the caller and assuring team is working to resolve the issue. Only the expected resolution time (and later date too) kept changing every 3-4 hours on 'My Jio' app.

    @JioCare i have registered my complaint for internet connection issue by yesterday. It's more than 24 hours but issue not solved. Technician (vimal Parmar, navarangpura, Ahmedabad-9) scheduled visit for today between 12 to 1 but not come.
