    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio You took a ₹2,835 advance payment on Apr 29 for a new connection and completely ghosted me. Account shows "active" but no equipment has been deployed. Standard support says the order isn't generated and refuses to escalate. Order: PE000005JA2A.

    @JioCare The resolution hasn’t arrived and this is Day 2. So it is a delay. I have all the proofs. Along with call records and screenshots. Anyway I am proceeding to cancel this substandard service of jio. And shall continue to put out tweets against using this service.

    @JioCare I recharged my Jio number almost 3 hours ago. Payment was successful, but the recharge is still not reflecting in the Jio app and services are not activated yet. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest. #Jio #RechargeIssue #CustomerSupport

    @JioCare Kindly install multiple C6 devices in our area and rectify this network issue permanently. Otherwise, please convert my Jio AirFiber connection to Jio Fixed Line Fiber connection, which will be more useful and stable for me. I prefer to continue with Jio service, (3/4)

    @JioCare What is the use of rescheduling when there is no one turning up.  Why do I need you to beg for fixing your issue? Do you treat your customers as beggars?  After all you charge upfront for the service which you cannot afford to provide. Share me your coo’s number.
