@JioCare Already messaged the details..counting on you guys to resolve the issue as they only have jio connections since past few yrs and if suddenly there is no conneciticvity, there is certainly an issue and I refuse to believe your providers can do nothing!!!!

@reliancejio @JioCare 1 of ur representative named arpan in Vadodara have started my process tochange conne from Airtel to jio (postpaid) &left inbetween.stil my postpaid jio not started &he is not responding. I have closed my Airtl also. Pl help. Very disappointing exp with jio.
