    Hey @reliancejio what kind of service you people render to your customers? It's totally pathetic and worst. Your tower is just 100 meters from my house and your 4G speed is just 25Kbps/second. Well done.

    @JioCare Here 150+ customers are waiting for a jio fiber connection then why here no service is available. The country is moving for 5g connection and here Fiber is unavailable. I want Jio fiber in a month at any cost otherwise 150+customers will port in Airtel. Think before act.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your reps don't attend calls after service. 1/2 Then you guys also not put forward the billing cycle and in this case I have already lost 3 days. Also, my neighbours using @airtelindia got the same issue addressed that day itself. Should I also join them for better service? 2/2

    @JioCare It was told the issue would get fixed within 8 hours which meant till 11:59 PM on 30th dec 2022 buy unfortunately no body has reached out Poor customer support

    Service Request Number : SR00001G94O5 Appointment date and time : 2023-01-01:15:45:00 @reliancejio @JioCare 4 days since the appointment is being rescheduled. please make my new year eve happening and install set top box urgently today such a poor service from a good company

    My Jio Fiber connection went down early morning day before yesterday. I registered the complaint around 10AM that day which was entertained today noon. And in just 2 hours it has again stopped working. What Kind of service is this? 1/2 @JioCare @reliancejio
