  @JioCare New AirFiber (15 Jul) is already a nightmare. Unstable internet, Jio Join not working delayed/rescheduled visits poor support. PIN 735218. Earlier you asked me to DM but there was no real resolution. Same in 5G congestion issue too. Please stop generic replies and fix it

  @JioCare So, effectively I have got only around 2 days of actual internet over the period of 10 days. This too in a Metropolitan city like Chennai. Either cancel my internet connection and refund my remaining service advance, or fix these persistent issues for once and all.

  Hey @reliancejio @JioCare @jagograhakjago, I stay in navi mumbai here the network drop has become very common at my place. We have 5 jio sim connections.Spending monthly around 2k and in return I am getting worst services.I do work from home not able to work and lost 1 day of pay

  @JioCare thank you for the update. Please confirm whether this wiring rework, including replacement of the damaged water-filled cable and any affected PoE equipment, will be done free of cost. The issue is due to faulty cable quality and not because of any damage from my side.

  representative spoke to me. As a paying customer, I expect respectful communication and a genuine effort to resolve my issue. I request @JioCare to look into this matter, arrange a replacement for the faulty remote if required, and ensure better customer service. Kindly resolve

  @JioCare @JioCare no need, I have been waiting since 14th July to get my issue fixed, now I can't Wait please process the deactivation of my account and send someone to get the router. @JioCare has the worst customer service. I'll make sure no one I know ever get jio fibre.

  Hi @JioCare I'm experiencing poor network connectivity at Gera World of Joy, Kharadi–Ubale Nagar, Pune. The network is very weak both indoors and outdoors. Calls keep dropping and mobile internet is extremely slow. Please investigate and resolve it as soon as possible. #Pune

  @JioCare Why should I delete my tweet? I am paying my hard earned money for your stupid 5G network and what Im getting is 2G speed Internet!! Just fix this issue otherwise I will post no. of tweets against Jio and also I may go to consumer forum. Even your Jio app also not fetching data.
