@JioCare I spent nearly 17 minutes and 10 minutes, total 27 minutes asking help about Prepaid JioFi number annual recharge to keep it active used for data pack as. Probably it is time to identify and switch to another operator. After 17min & 10min of call time it was disconnected

@JioCare i have jio postpaid 599 plan and using S23Ultra and i have not received 5g welcome offer. Even jio in 4g phones in my home have welcome offer then why i have not received the welcome offer? Customer support and Appellate authority was unable to provide any help.
