    @JioCare @TSConsumers Please help us, i have been facing internet issue since 3 days and no one bothered to solve my problem. They keep on delaying technician will come whenever i call to customer service. We are doing work from home and its difficult to manage with out internet.

    @JioCare SR000014T57N #jiofiber internet not working since 5 days at my place i have been calling up customer care daily and getting time and dates each time only as to when it'll get resolved but no resolution till now. Haven't seen such pathetic service lately.

    @JioCare this ain’t the first time you are doing . Last time recharged with wfh additional booster. But as soon as daily limit expires, the additional booster should help right . But no, it won’t be the case. Then what’s the use of so called booster & is this way of looting money

    @JioCare Refund of my JioFiber is still pending since month and support team is telling to wait for more 15 days to credit to account. Very disappointed to get such resolution from India's influential company....

    @ImRajMakwana @JioCare Same happened with me bro , they just keep on saying your network is slow because large number of people are using network at the same time . That's why I left their services and switched to other . Worst network ever used.

    @JioCare Let me know process to return router amd settop box. Many of us are willing to do same as Jio is not telling us the issue and not resolving also. Just telling us to be patience. Worst service
