    @JioCare Utterly useless response. 5 days resolution time for an essential service is unacceptable. How can that be the earliest resolution time. Why should I pay for your incompetence?

    @JioCare Had word with your team and they have no answer about this and they are saying there is no issue. I am facing the issue each and every day. I can share you more than 20 screenshots of the same disconnection. At the end if it doesn't get resolved I need to take legal action.

    @JioCare Stop with the generic replies, Shashank.5 days of 'processing' and zero answers. I asked for an SLA, not a script. Stop prolonging this and provide a definitive resolution date. Your 'earliest' is already 5 days too late. Looks like service standards are non-existent.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have created a service request today and the engineer service slot was 5 pm and no one showed up no communication nothing. Pathetic service now they have rescheduled it to Monday night 10pm slot 😡 (1/2) #Jio #jiofiber

    @JioCare I am sitting 2-3 feet from the router with full signal. This is not a WiFi coverage issue. High ping and packet loss happen during night matches in BGMI, COD, Valorant and Brawlhalla. Please escalate to the network team instead of generic replies.

    @JioCare Dear #Ambanis, I'm going to file a case in consumer court. Enough is enough. Your never ending one month is hampering my online work. Thrice a week your network goes off. Your team also remains unresponsive. Why sud i recharge when I can't use ur service??
