@JioCare Your team collected payment after assuring same-day installation. After 48 hours, and no one has responded to my calls. This reflects poorly on your customer service, and how future issues would be handled. I therefore request you to kindly cancel the installation and refund.

alert!! Jio sales team is doing fraud.. they are doing kyc and next time the engineer visit for installation they are saying due to no network coverage jio airfiber can't be installed.. My order no NO0001C9IM8A is still not refunded after 1 month pursue.. @JioCare pathetic

@JioCare This is what I have been experience more than 6 months and I have been countdownly constantly asking one of their technician to visit and rectify but someone is constantly writing to go to jio help something which is not working I think if it goes to consumer court what

@JioCare @JioCare the installation has not been done for the number 9444584145. You have to give the advance Rs.1000. We did not cancel any subscription or have any bank statement. I have sent the Rs.1000 transaction id

When Airtel is already providing Wi-Fi Calling to us, then what is the problem for Jio? Why is Jio not able to offer the same service in our state? Please enable Wi-Fi Calling in Kashmir soon, otherwise many users may switch to Airtel. @JioCare
