    @JioCare @reliancejio 2/3 for same residence as they plan to connect from a new port. One vendor says relocation will be charged. Jio customer care says there is no charge. 2 months and no one has fixed my line. I paid one bill for zero internet service and my next bill is due. @JioCare

    Jio is working like "Maro". No sense of responsibility for customers. Their sole aim is only charging you for the Services, not providing it actually. Nothing has improved in Network. Worst and disappointing experience! @JioCare @jagograhakjago @jioreliance

    @JioCare Sukhmeet i appreciate your kind words & help from your team. It's already past 2+ months today still haven't received full refund yet & the reason for disconnection of fiber due to medical emergency didn't helped me but caused financial stress. I am hoping outcome in 1-2 days.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have taken a prepaid wifi plan for Rs. 1200 and yet, 90% of the time there's no wifi including now. Why am I spending so much for it to not be of any use at all? Fix this ASAP else I'll have to file a consumer complaint. Fixed Voice No.: 2231754571

    Facing extremely slow internet on Jio for the last 3–4 months. Raised multiple complaints, but every time I only get the same “optimization in progress” response. No real improvement at all. This is unacceptable service. Please resolve this issue permanently. @JioCare @TRAI

    @JioCare Don’t ask me who gave me information, instead you tell me when is my problem getting solved. Stop diverting the subject. All technicians are loaded with Air Fibre work now who will look after Fibre, you all are only looking after new customers
