I had a call with @JioCare @reliancejio about pack validity. As per discussion, #Jio doesn't know about @TRAI new amendment. Since we customer don't know what to do with this. Also the pack cost is increasing every month from 50 to 111.

@JioCare @reliancejio poor customer service. First you commit mistake & instead of rectifying it , you are mentioning that revised charges will be levied . Have you become more richer by Rs 300/- . Poor customer service & poor principle values @_MukeshAmbani for your info sir
