    @JioCare Why there is no proper response on any customer mail or complaint? My Brother Mr. Jay saxena (mo. No. 9389967488) had done recharge of rs. 1208 on 26th Aug. 2021 at 12:03 pm but till now neither he got data plan of rs.1208 nor he got any proper response from your company

    @JioCare Process my refund now and let me know how much time it takes for the refund..no need to bother yourself and your Technician to do the installation which will never happen.

    its been 48hrs and no engineer ever showed up for jio fiber connection issue. already spend more than the broadband plan on mobile booster. any help? @JioCare @reliancejio @jiofiber

    @JioCare @airtelcare @Teamambani If appellate can't resolve issue reported in Aug 21 till now then what good are services ? Good product requires good support for sustenance. Coming 4m a 17yr old Airtel veteran customer who switched only due to Fiber ready 2 switch back.

    @JioCare I have placed an order for #JioFiber new connection on Sep 8. ORN - NO0000IMY2WT. I have received mail fro Jio service team that installation will be completed by 10 am on September 10. No response from service team and the work has not been initiated as of now 4.02 pm.
