  @JioCare jio store staff was busy in selling smart phones of samsung, iphone, oppo, Redmi and may more companies instead of entertaining the jio customers. This is about jio store NIT-5 Faridabad. I will switch to another network but my tweet is for ur information

  @JioCare You truly don’t understand how frustrating it is. I have borne your shoddy customer service for almost 48 hours now. Your standard response on calls is “ no engineer is available in the whole city of Mumbai to resolve the issue “ cannot bear it anymore.

  @JioCare @reliancejio My jio fiber no 01203672749 is not working gree light in modum, not able to open even mail on desktop. Stupid network. This is happening frequently why can't it be fixed permanently?

  @JioCare Worst experience at jio store. All the staff was busy in selling smart phones of various companies like oppo, samsung, iphone, redmi etc instead of entertaining Jio customer. Rude behaviour as we customer owe them something. Not expected from JIO. Will port.
