@JioCare team it's been 4 week since I have raised complaints. I gave you email scree shots but none has helped to fix and refund me. Noone in @JioCare department addressed or tried to refund for the loss of money I had. Is that the way @JioCare cares about us.

@DoT_India @TRAI Today 8 hours almost JIO network was gone. Kindly take strong action against and put penalties to Jio Telecommunication @reliancejio OTP / BANK TRANSFER / NOT POSSIBLE. I LOST MONEY, I WILL PAY SURCHARGES. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS OUTRAGEOUS?

I am never going to recommend @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia services to anyone again. Broadband not working since 7 days and airtel engineer is refusing to repair. Airtel CC not picking up calls. Closing Complaint no. without any resolution. Time to port to Jiofiber @JioCare
