@JioCare Why you are getting happy. You are not the best your service charge is good but service is worst. I do not suggest any body to port in with @reliancejio i remember that in the past tata docomo gives best speed in 2g than your 4g

@JioCare Internet speed at my area is very slow. It only gives 200kb/s speed maximum times.I have complained about it many times to costmer care but they simply say that this is temporary issue.But this is not temporary.I never gets 4g speed in my area. Kindly work here.Thank you

As @JioCare plan of ₹555 says customer gets unlimited data at 1.5gb at high speed post 1.5gb user will get 64kbps but i am getting hardly 10kbps . Means they're not giving for what they're charging us for. @DoT_India @TRAI please kindly look into this scam or cheating with us.

@reliancejio simplify your systems & train your cust support team (not to disconnect, callback if disconnected, read emails and respond rather than blind copy paste using CRM hotkeys & finally - think from cust point of view). Did I make a mistake in moving to Jio Fiber?
