His say 20 to 3p day waiting for, after waiting, his say again wait for few days, Complain close within 2 days

    Jio fiber free trial refund. It has been more than 2 months i discontinued jio fiber and router has also been collected back. More than 5 times i have submitted bank details and still my refund has not been done. Worst customer service of jio fiber. @JioCare

    @JioCare @TRAI Receiving Poor Signals of jio from past many months complaint is raised so many times still no resolution given, call drops, internet connectivity is bad, @reliancejio please take a serious action against this issue, or we will move to another service provider.

    Because there are around 200 airtel consumers in the area and if this problem is not solved soon, we wud definitely port our sim to @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN whoes network is still working. Life sucks when you have no connection . I'll miss my o9 classes today :(

    @reliancejio Last month my subscription plan expired. They blocked my incoming too. That time, no network. But last week I recharged my number with 599 plan. Even now, m not having any network. This is happening a lot.

    @JioCare Speed is less than 1mbps. This problem arises last 2-3 days. Please solve the problem. The area where the problem arises is Gali no. 2A swatantrata nagar narela Delhi 110040. If you use Booster at my home It is good for me also.@reliancejio

    @JioCare I have never faced such a pathetic customer service. I made a complaint at 4 PM on 19/12/2020 but after 18 hours, no redressal till. SR000013FU8N. My work is suffering being working from home.

    @JioCare i have complained so many times that i have facing issue with jio network at my home i.e sonipat, haryana. Signal strength is so weak that i can't dial 198 for complaint. Kindly look forward to it. Regards.

    @JioCare I have recharged my number 3 days back. Have everything balance and validity but not able to make calls. Moreover no customer support. Your AI based whatsapp chat is pathetic.

    One of the worst sevice of jio fiber now. Complaint raised more than 4 times and there is no response in last 30 hours.every time new time slot is assigned for eng.. to visit and check issue.@JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Having issue on there website and asking bank details for refund once again. 1500 is the total refund and site showing 500 and that too not happening. They talks about crores and best digital company which is facing issue in refunding 1500rs.shame on you

    @reliancejio @JioCare So to sell jio fiber connections , Jio reduced 4g volte download speed in my area. What a move to sell jiofiber plans. Not gonna buy jiofiber. Porting out is last option left now. Poor tactic losers.

    @SahaDwiza @ishitakinra @MyNykaa @hiteshmalhotra @falguninayar Recently i recharged my jio number with a plan that works with jio phone only ,when i raised my concern with the support team they bluntly refused to help .all i was asking was to get the correct recharge done .@reliancejio @JioCare .i had to recharge again

    28-May came and went. No engineer. No installation. No update. No explanation. I raised complaint after complaint. Every response was identical: "Your issue has been escalated." Apparently, escalation is the only service being delivered on time. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I had request my number to port from airtel to jio through jio app and also paid 299. I got rejection message but 299 related no message? Customer care told retry again but in retry it is again asking to pay. What about I paid 299 earlier?

    @JioCare Suraj, Shrikant and Sharath, the names keep changing bit the copy paste response and the output of no result never change. All three have given assurances to get the installation done asap but all three failed miserably since 31st May 2026. Its our 6th leave from office.

    @JioCare @reliancejio, I completed KYC and made full payment on 2 June 2026 for Order No. NO0001DT69G0, but the installation is still pending. Please confirm the installation timeline. If installation cannot be completed, kindly cancel my order and process a full refund.
