    @JioCare @TRAI Receiving Poor Signals of jio from past many months complaint is raised so many times still no resolution given, call drops, internet connectivity is bad, @reliancejio please take a serious action against this issue, or we will move to another service provider.

    Jio fiber free trial refund. It has been more than 2 months i discontinued jio fiber and router has also been collected back. More than 5 times i have submitted bank details and still my refund has not been done. Worst customer service of jio fiber. @JioCare @reliancejio

    So much terrible service @reliancejio @JioCare. Even after continous complaints of jio fiber internet issue. No one is responding. Keeps on rescheduling the appointment even after 7 days. These things are going on from past 4 months. This was not expected from Reliance jio

    @airtelindia can show demo of network connectivity at my home . I want to change operator from @JioCare to @airtelindia because low internet speed and low signal quality of jio in Urban Area, sonipat near subzi mandi . Kindly revert as early .. I will get change almost number

    @reliancejio @JioCare So to sell jio fiber connections , Jio reduced 4g volte download speed in my area. What a move to sell jiofiber plans. Not gonna buy jiofiber. Porting out is last option left now. Poor tactic losers.

    @reliancejio Last month my subscription plan expired. They blocked my incoming too. That time, no network. But last week I recharged my number with 599 plan. Even now, m not having any network. This is happening a lot.

    Unacceptable Slow Speed with @reliancejio AirFiber, 100Mbps Plan. After raising my concern with Jio, instead of acknowledging and trying to fix it, JioFiber Care said this, “We have checked your connection at our end and confirmed that you're receiving the appropriate speed based on your plan.” Speed test that I shared in the image are all through Router and not within any other device. Why am I paying for 100Mbps if 30Mbps is all I get as “appropriate speed”? @JioCare #JioAirfiber #Jio

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber Using JioFiber has been extremely disappointing. I raised a complaint on 01 May 2026 regarding my fiber/set-top box issue, but even after multiple follow-ups with customer care, there has been no proper response or resolution.

    @JioCare Sorry to say the service of Jio Fiber in Bangalore is worst than any other service provider. From today morning there is no connection and they don't even bother to check it where is the fault. And you are saying tomorrow an engineer will come, SHAMEFUL

    Worst decision ever - switching from Airtel to Jio. Network quality @JioCare is terrible and now I’m stuck for 90 days before I can port again. Huge regret. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’m coming back as soon as I can.

    @JioCare Paid ₹2500, got receipt ₹2222. ₹278 taken without bill. Staff refused and threatened to cancel the connection. Installation done. Complaint raised with DoT & NCH. Need refund & action ASAP.
