More than 5 times i have submitted bank details and still my refund has not been done. Worst customer service of jio fiber. @JioCare @reliancejio

Operational efficiency shouldn't just apply to collections; it needs to apply to resolutions. Charging late fees on a non-functional service that has been reported for a month is a quick way to erode customer trust. Standardizing a "pause billing during outage" protocol should be fundamental.
