    @JioCare @reliancejio It's a nightmare support with Jio. I would advise people not to take jio. I switched from Airtel to jio on Dec 17 and past 2-3 days are like no internet Calling to support is like 10-15mins of useless and clueless people I am not sure what other people feedback.

    @JioCare Worst service of jio fiber. Instead of resolving my issue, you are rescheduling my complaint without my consent. Due to your Pathetic service of jio fiber team, my works are getting badly hampered. Now it's enough I am going to switch to Airtel fiber. Goodbye @agrawalvishal

    One of jio number that is postpaid, is not in use and asking customer care to deactivate, they put my number for 40+ minutes and no one response what a worthless service it is, never go for postpaid @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare Thank you, but at a location Block C12, Yamuna Vihar Delhi , the internet connectivity of JIO is extremely poor so 4G or 5G internet both are irrelevant at this location in Delhi... Pl do something to improve services at Yamuna Vihar Delhi 110053.

    @JioCare I have intimated my jio no 8383800672 and alternate no two times. This problem is everywhere. yesterday I went to Gurugram than Delhi cantt. Today I went to Gurugram. But how does that matter its not working at my also. I am sending this message through wifi.

    @JioCare recently I had purchased a jio air fiber plan and within 20 days of connection there is no internet connectivity to the router. No support from backend no solution since last two days no internet. Disappointed a lot plz refund amount.

    @JioCare Please stop hiding behind terms like "shortly" and "post cancellation." Give an exact timeline for cancellation and refund, and stick to it. This issue has already been delayed far too long.
