    @jiocare, I was told by a customer executive that an engineer will visit to resolve the query between 11-12am today but no one has arrived yet (18hours since the issue reported) Your inconvience is impacting my day to day work.

    I am only able to make calls when I am far away (approx 100 mtrs ) from that tower . I asked my neighbour about that tower they said that towers belongs to @reliancejio . I am facing this issue from the day when tower installed. Kindly help me out in this issue because

    @JioCare @reliancejio It has been more than 24 hours for me filling a request to resolve the internet issue and no one has arrived to resolve the situation. I demand extra hours of internet in my plan for the service missed due to your poor customer management.

    @ViCustomerCare worst experience with this company, there is no complaint number working. No one is there to solve problems facing in VI . I RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY VI SIM. I also going to port my number to @reliancejio . At least they are providing 24 X 7 service person.

    @JioCare go to hall. Port out done. Very poor network coverage in INA Colony. I complaint many time but no resolution provided by jio. corrupted company cheater company. Go to hell reliance jio. Jaldi hi barbaad ho jaye.

    No one from Jio was bothered to rectify the problem. Due 2 which finally I asked for disconnection Now your staff comes to pick hardware and wants me to show them if it is working or not I will not let anyone from @reliancejio enter my premises to check if hardware is working

    @JioCare Sir internet not working for past 30 hours. SR registered 24 hours. No response. Should we surrender the connection? Your service request number is SR0000169YNS. You will receive an update by 19/08/2021 14:16. Called area technical incharge thrice no proper response.

    @JioCare, I am a user of @JioFiber plan and I am not receiving network since yesterday. Very disappointed with the services, confusing jio chat resolution and untimely updates even after 15 hours of complain registeration.

    @gitanjalibhama1 @JioCare Jio service center don’t change number, call jio customer , verify your details and if verified successfully then customer care representative will add/change an alternative number as per your wish. Its just 3-5 min process. And then jio store will give you jio sim with fee 25.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very poor service from Jio. STB installation time was 10am, now its 4pm no one visited no one contacted. The customer can't just sit at home whole day to wait for engineer. Pathetic service. Resolve it immediately

    @reliancejio @JioCare worst service ever. What is this rule of not being able to activate my sim in another state if my sim belongs to the home state. My number is linked to several bank accounts. Requesting immediate action on this. You are supposed to ease services availing.
