    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing so many issues with the internet, and really got irritated with it. I have been trying to watch a video on Facebook for the last hour and still it is buffering, The video duration is just 19 minutes and I have been watching it for 1 hour.

    @reliancejio @JioCare there has been 2 days and we have zero network in our area and zero in a literal sense. We are unable to make calls and even whatsapp messages aren't getting through. There is no response from your support team. Please look at the matter asap

    @airtelindia please lel m knw the steps to port my no. bcz i knw ur customer service is available & always provide a solution as compared to @JioCare their customer service is poor like a helpless housefly stuck in a cup of tea. Its beeter to change the service provider.

    @airtelindia This is the one of the best liar who should see me in the consumer court. @reliancejio or @Idea @VodafoneIN is much better than this false provider. People should believein there false promise. It was use to be a crap company so as now!

    @reliancejio @JioCare 1/2 , no proper date and token money received. I have all chats of these two and from last 2 weeks they are not even picking calls or responding. Just giving late excuses of tomorrow n Tomorrow. Please guide as i want to file a FIR if this issue persist.

    @reliancejio I recharged my dongle 6284089781 for Rs 999 in the noon today but I don't think that it got upgraded. I didn't get 60 GB, it still says 0KB. Please fix the problem. Money was paid via PhonePe

    @reliancejio Can u please discuss during AGM meeting about dismantling @JioCare and replacing it with a more robust mechanism of addressing the complaints. #JioFiber complaints are addressed to the extend of appointment with service engineer who never visits & complaint is settled in absentia

    @JioCare @JioCare I am a non jio user and I am unable to track service request , tell me who is incharged and when they will arrive for installing jiofiber , just don't put automated message . Make some real work , raising service id is not going to solve any problem @reliancejio .

    @JioCare your technicians demand extra charges, don’t even check if the connection works, and behave rudely. Calls go unanswered, false promises on visit timings. This is disgusting service. Fix this immediately.
