@reliancejio @JioCare there has been 2 days and we have zero network in our area and zero in a literal sense. We are unable to make calls and even whatsapp messages aren't getting through. There is no response from your support team. Please look at the matter asap

Dear @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing so many issues with the internet, and really got irritated with it. I have been trying to watch a video on Facebook for the last hour and still it is buffering, The video duration is just 19 minutes and I have been watching it for 1 hour.

When the @reliancejio @JioCare service was down on Oct 5th, the advisor was busy fixing my router! Even though I told him that there was nothing wrong with the router or my connection but a bigger problem he wouldn't listen! Also no way to escalate!!! #PatheticService
