    Urgent help needed @JioCare @reliancejio, your eSIM change failed badly and now I have no access to my phone, no executive available on phone till morning. @Airtel_Presence - process took minutes and is up and running.

    Last year Dec I have completed the slow internet speed that jio network team say that problem will be solve with 90days but till I have facing same issue. Poor service. @JioCare @reliancejio @sharmajitech @technicalgruji @airtelindia

    @JioCare @reliancejio There is no network nearby kanchan hospital ludhiana for 20 days it may be because the jio tower contract is expired few days ago. And people having jio numbers facing the problem.please sort the matter.

    @reliancejio @JioCare there has been 2 days and we have zero network in our area and zero in a literal sense. We are unable to make calls and even whatsapp messages aren't getting through. There is no response from your support team. Please look at the matter asap

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing so many issues with the internet, and really got irritated with it. I have been trying to watch a video on Facebook for the last hour and still it is buffering, The video duration is just 19 minutes and I have been watching it for 1 hour.

    @reliancejio I recharged my dongle 6284089781 for Rs 999 in the noon today but I don't think that it got upgraded. I didn't get 60 GB, it still says 0KB. Please fix the problem. Money was paid via PhonePe

    @JioCare worst internet speed at my location.Complained lots of time but all in vain. Always says, due to high no. of jio users u r facing issue and cannot commit any resolving date. But 1-2 metres away from my location, it's speed becomes normal and reasonable. Jio do smthng.

    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare I have applied for airfiber connection. in my colony there are other connections as well at some distance from my home. The jio agent told me that it is unable to do so as the device is not available. Please help me to get a jio airfibre connection.

    @reliancejio @JioMart_Support @JioMart I received order id JM6A250D7F013B9B99E1 just now , delivery agent misbehaving when I told him to verify items before giving OTP , he has said he will not match the item and will cancel the order. Without checking items how can I give otp.

    After 17-18 days and multiple complaints, my Jio Fiber issue is finally resolved. Delay was frustrating. Expect faster service next time. @JioCare

    @JioFinance @JioCare Why am I receiving the same template response repeatedly? My issue is NOT a normal transaction failure. My account is active, but Banking, Passbook and Debit Card are missing from the app. UPI reset is not possible and payments are failing.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews There are No networks in my area since 3 years and I am doing yearly recharge which is waste of money. I raised multiple complaints in past but they are closed without resolution. I live in Hinjewadi, pune. Don't force me to port to @reliancejio

    @JIOAIRFIBERIN @reliancejio On yet another Sunday, our family movie plan is ruined. Buffering 10-15 times in just 10 minutes of viewing on a paid 100Mbps connection is unacceptable. Despite paying for premium service, the speed is terrible and customer support offers no real help

    9 days without JioFiber service. At this point, one would think Jio is repairing an undersea cable rather than a local fiber connection. The sheer negligence and indifference of @JioCare towards paying customers is beyond unacceptable. Every day brings a new excuse.
