@reliancejio Can u please discuss during AGM meeting about dismantling @JioCare and replacing it with a more robust mechanism of addressing the complaints. #JioFiber complaints are addressed to the extend of appointment with service engineer who never visits & complaint is settled in absentia

Dear @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing so many issues with the internet, and really got irritated with it. I have been trying to watch a video on Facebook for the last hour and still it is buffering, The video duration is just 19 minutes and I have been watching it for 1 hour.

@JioCare it's a really pathetic service from your side. I have been using Jio fibre since 2020 and recently due to a thunderstorm my fibre has not been working since 23 May. With repeated requests, no engineer visited me to solve my problem.
