    @JioCare telephone number 9867390253 was ported from Airtel on my persuasion to my wife. Unfortunately the data part is not satisfactory and she always resorts to wifi though my number 9867609103 is working well in the same area. Please help

    @Airtel_Presence Just had a word. Still no solution provided. Finally, it has been established that u r ready to lose a customer for extra 500pm. Discontinuing Airtel prepaid, Airtel DTH and broadband service. @airtelindia M Ready to pay 6p/call to a provider who values its custmr @reliancejio

    @JioCare Today is 21 oct 2019 still there is not improve internet speed. Team @JioCare @reliancejio Please tell us its nearly 2 month but no one cares from your team. What should we do what you guy's want we all port our number to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence .Bcoz ur service is vry poor

    @JioCare I have pre on post plan. Got 399 plan recharged but can’t call non jio numbers and can’t find any option to recharge top up. Cust care says yes this is a problem but can’t tell any timelines by when will it be resolved. This is absolutely not done.

    @RelJio4g @reliancejio worst network. From the day IUC charges are charged by reliance jio network has become worst. Data is worst and calls are also worst. Voice cracking and unable to talk.

    @reliancejio My e-sim not working since 1.5 month. Just paying the bill without any data usage and call.. been to Jio store 4 number of times and not able to rectify the matter. Please look into it on priority basis. Also your Jio store is useless.. @airtelindia ‘s better..

    @reliancejio i changed my number from Airtel to jio. Now i m not able to connect to the phone. It says number is switched off. But when I dial WhatsApp call it connects easily. Ridiculous customer service no number available for complaint. It is for us to use data

    @reliancejio I feel very bad to say that Reliance Jio does not support my SBI Net banking. When I complained in my bank today that I don't receive SMS on my new JIO contact number. The officer said "This problem is only with JIO sim cards, and not others.
