My jio number stops working when i am at home as network coverage is not available indoor & wifi calling doesn't work (even on a jio fiber)

I'm saying repeatedly that the Service Request has been put to Hold, and there is no definite timeframe for the Service Request now. Since Yesterday Night, no body from Jio have contacted me for any fix. From Saturday today Tuesday, 4 days passed.
