@JioCare @reliancejio Yaar waise hi WiFi Nahin Aata, ab udd aur gaya poora network. It's 4 d 2nd time dat it's happening in a Qtr. Seriously thinking of getting rid of it n switching to Airtel. Really Pathetic Network n Services. Fed Up with irregular Speed n poor connectivity.

@JioCare I don't want further harassment by ur Customer Cares same repititive reply/excuses. that's the reason I stopped using your network. When @VodafoneIN network doesn't work I am using yours untill validity expiring. After that I m not going to recharge and use ur network 🙂

@JioCare Already used ur service, yes VOLTE calling was superb on your network didnt faced any issue but data 😂, the less you talk about, it will be better. Raised so many complaints but nothing happened. Applied for JioFiber 6 months back, but no one has contacted yet for connection. 🙄

@reliancejio Please review the kind of vendors you have in Gurgaon. Devices fail to connect all the time, vendors and tech support are only interested in taking a new connection, paying prepaid plan, and disconnecting, only to ask for a new jio connection. Long way to go...

Pathetic customer service from @JioCare . Outgoing barred due to credit limit breached, not started after interim payment 30 hours back. Chatbots and digital assistant are useless. Spent 45 minutes on customer care. No way to reach human to speak and get resolution.

@reliancejio I was disconnected the jio fiber connection on 21st Oct but till today device pick up not done.Contacted customer service atleast 30 times but no proper resolution.Device pick up scheduled 20 times also but on that day again rescheduled.Take ur device & refund money
