I switched from Airtel to jio on Dec 17 and past 2-3 days are like no internet Calling to support is like 10-15mins of useless and clueless people I am not sure what other people feedback.

We have many connections in our society so access to technician is given.need a router change as there are multiple problems else please disconnect permanently.
