    @reliancejio The 5G services are very poor. Speed is not greater or equal to 40kbs also. I am trying to book a train ticket from IRCTC app from last 30 mins but all in vain.

    @JioCare I'm not able to connect to the internet on my Jio Set Top Box but my other devices work fine on Jio Fiber WiFi. Any solutions to get the internet working on the STB? It is connected to the 5Ghz network already.

    @JioCare SR00001JKKYR - 50 calls , 10 emails still struggling to get a resolution from RJIO . Voice call execs tell me my issue is genuine and RJIO store shud not hav taken 349 for each sim while porting the number. JIo email tells me charges are OK. I AM STUCK.. worst support

    @JioCare @somitsrivastav_ Jio 5G welcome offer not received yet, network is also available, 5g mobile is also recharged, latest software is also updated, yet Jio 5g offer is not received. Airtel is better than this, 5G network is also coming and running. Jio is bad

    @JioCare not able to receive otp messages on my jio mobile no. in Delhi. Tested same on other non jio network otps are working. Payment gateway is Razorpay. These issues are becoming very common nowadays in jio. 😡 Please fix your network.

    @JioCare Recharged my monthly plan on 22nd April Internet down since 24th April 15 days since no internet. Scheduled an engineer visit 10 times. Emailed customer care 5 times. No engineer has visited till date. No updates. No service. Can the service standards be any more poor?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very poor customer service. It’s extremely difficult to reach support, and when we do, we only get auto-template troubleshooting we’ve already tried. This is my last month with @jio_fiber, switching to another internet provider.

    Pathetic service from Fiber. Complaint already raised, yet nobody has come to resolve the issue. First the visit was rescheduled from 10 AM to 3 PM, and even then no one showed up. STOP GIVING FALSE TIMELINES. Repeated negligence like this is completely unacceptable. @JioCare

    @JioCare hello i had applied for jio fiber relocation, and submitted the desired fee of ₹1200 on 29.03.26, but relocation was not possible due to no optical network in that area, my order was canceled and my device was also submitted to you , still the deposit of 1200 not done

    @JioCare I have been a JioFiber subscriber for a long time. On 06-04-2026, I lodged a complaint (Service Request ID: SR0000357QR3) regarding the disconnection of my JioFiber (No. +91-3817960450).  The scheduled date for the engineer’s visit was 7-4-26, but no one has come.
