    @JioCare I'm not able to connect to the internet on my Jio Set Top Box but my other devices work fine on Jio Fiber WiFi. Any solutions to get the internet working on the STB? It is connected to the 5Ghz network already.

    @JioCare Thank you, but at a location Block C12, Yamuna Vihar Delhi , the internet connectivity of JIO is extremely poor so 4G or 5G internet both are irrelevant at this location in Delhi... Pl do something to improve services at Yamuna Vihar Delhi 110053.

    @reliancejio @JioCare what are you doing man not improving their services the chat bot in ur app is bullshit,no one picks up the call in 198 waited almost 15 min and the main problem is We the users are experiencing a major call drop in jio .Im fed up in talking with Jio sim

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's a nightmare support with Jio. I would advise people not to take jio. I switched from Airtel to jio on Dec 17 and past 2-3 days are like no internet Calling to support is like 10-15mins of useless and clueless people I am not sure what other people feedback.

    @JioCare Fibre connection has been down for 10 days. Despite multiple scheduled visits, no technician has visited yet. This is unacceptable and amounts to harassment of a paying customer. Please resolve the issue immediately or process a refund for the downtime.

    @JioCare From 5 days my internet speed has drop down dead , only .92 mbps of speed and when I'm trying to call your executive, I cant reach out to them , can't access ott apps too smoothly, kindly look into the matter and help me setup with anyone for further steps
