    @JioCare internet down since last night, no one came to solve the issue which is probably from the pole.where your box located, who's fault now. I paid 18000 advance and we have disruption in service and till now the service is down. Landline no 011 35578115. SR0000172ZIQ

    @JioCare I am not in my home in Mumbai currently. Flat 403, Bldg 20, Mhada Oshiwara Complex. Opp. “Samarth Aangan”, New Link Road, Andheri (w).You will see the box on the Wall outside my flat as sent in pic. Society Chairman is my neighbor in flat 402 & has been told about this problem

    @JioCare I am facing frequent internet disconnection and poor internet speed issue. And customer care is saying please change the user name and password. REALLY ? Since when username and password started affecting internet connection and speed ? Not even ready to send an engineer

    It's the 3rd time in row faced similar issue. How much it affects WFH @JioCare has no idea. Every time technician visit change the cable with old cables available with them and after few days again same issue. #Disappointed
