@Airtel_Presence So the issue wasn't resolved even in 20 days, the network was very poor and still poor, was at my hometown for few days and @reliancejio helped me to survive. Now am back to Delhi. Let's see if Airtel is able to improve the network when I go home next time. Yours unhappy customer

@reliancejio from last 3 days I trying to convert my sim to esim but as per your executive your server is down, you can’t transfer the sim in 3 days. I suggest sell this shitty company to airtel with them it take only 5 mins to transfer my sim to esim. (1/2)

After talking 6 time with customer care almost one hour on hold Still @JioCare not able to activate IR PLAN I keep this number recharged for 1 year Plan however I am living out of india(Non Use) What a service!!! Thanks @reliancejio
