    @JioCare Internet speed at my area is very slow. It only gives 200kb/s speed maximum times.I have complained about it many times to costmer care but they simply say that this is temporary issue.But this is not temporary.I never gets 4g speed in my area. Kindly work here.Thank you

    @reliancejio @JioCare we are using atleast 5-6 no.s with in family and friends and it's been a long time and I'm following up with the Jio Care. Getting annoyed, angry as the time passes but I'm the problem not resolved as yet.

    Its been more than 2.5 days without WI FI @JioCare @jio_fiber WHATS WRONG WITH YOU GUYS ???     Dear @JioCare, I request the permanent disconnection of my JioFiber connection. Despite multiple complaints & email to the Nodal Officer, the issue remains unresolved. Kindly process the disconnection, stop further billing after closure,& arrange pickup of the JioFiber equipment

    @JioCare What weather conditions ! Carries no sense Weather was not that bad yesterday that stopped any normal activity nor is it that bad today. Extreme irresponsible behaviour is of Jio. Why should I pay for the period, service remains disrupted. Sleeping @TRAI must answer.

    Pathetic service from @JioCare. My #JioFiber has been down since yesterday, and despite raising a complaint and making repeated follow-ups, no technician has visited and no proper update has been provided. This is completely unacceptable for a paid service.
