@reliancejio I have applied for jio fibre connection on 19th September. Agent took the payment and documents however it is not activated. Agent is not responding to call and customer service is also not helping and just asking me to wait. No time frame given at all.

@reliancejio @JioCare YOUR after installation services are worst, my Jio installed on 19th sep. and it stopped working since yesterday I have made a complaint SR000012CDZO. If this kind of free trial you guys are giving, then probably I'd opt for another connection.Nvr Recomnd.

@b50 This is exactly what the Tech Giants like Facebook & Google did for many years. They burnt a lot of cash building a Tech platform that didn’t give any meaningful returns for years. @reliancejio followed the same model. Built a pan India Telecom network & the revenues came later.

@JioCare Whosever was on the call he didn’t have any manners that how to talk to customer. He didn’t have any information about anything. All he was saying that call after 6 Am in the morning with rude behaviour and rude attitude. And disconnect the without informing me.
