I switched from Airtel to jio on Dec 17 and past 2-3 days are like no internet Calling to support is like 10-15mins of useless and clueless people I am not sure what other people feedback.

Refund my ₹1,200 immediately. If this is not resolved without further delay, I will initiate legal proceedings.
