    @TriShool_Achuk Jio is worst @JioCare @reliancejio I am using 5 numbers which I am porting soon. But the issue is other brothers are same as jio. What to do ?

    @reliancejio The 5G services are very poor. Speed is not greater or equal to 40kbs also. I am trying to book a train ticket from IRCTC app from last 30 mins but all in vain.

    One of jio number that is postpaid, is not in use and asking customer care to deactivate, they put my number for 40+ minutes and no one response what a worthless service it is, never go for postpaid @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare I have intimated my jio no 8383800672 and alternate no two times. This problem is everywhere. yesterday I went to Gurugram than Delhi cantt. Today I went to Gurugram. But how does that matter its not working at my also. I am sending this message through wifi.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Kindly help my friend's in the esim process she had gone to the jio store even when she was pregnant and the store did all the work for making the phisical sim converted to esim. And they assured it will be activated within one hour now the

    @reliancejio @airtelindia Hi..your internet and Call networks are very poor ( B-76 Rama Park Uttam Nagar New Delhi 110059) since a long time. Many time I raised a complaint,but no profitable outcomes. Many times you are preparing Teams for the visit only.

    @JioCare How can I possibly remember all the names. Why can’t JIO CARE team go through all tickets raised in my account and chase your executives who always gave me false hopes. Even your cancellation team executive who told me add on STB is not a service JIO provides

    @JioCare your customer care number is mostly busy and your chatbot on myjio doesn't support logging an internet not working issue. There is no proactive downtime info also on the app. Not acceptable at such a price and brand name.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber I applied for relocation 5 days back. Device is already picked up. Now calls nothing total silence regarding connection at new place. Tried reaching helpline. Very bad response. No one cares for you from JIO, i guess Pathetic experience

    @JioCare The issue is still unresolved. Despite your confirmation that a Service Request was raised, I have received no call, SMS, engineer visit, or installation update. I paid ₹1200 on 06 July, and installation was scheduled for 07 July.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I also contacted customer support, but instead of resolving the issue, I was simply asked to reschedule the service slot. This is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience.
