    @reliancejio In North East district of delhi jio 4g internet run too slow🐢.what about jio promise of fast internet. I already complained in 2018 but there is no improvement in internet.

    @JioCare Dear Concern I want to change my jio prepaid number to postpaid Number. But your store at My Jio Store, Shop No Rz 33A, Vashisth Park, Pankha Road, Janakpuri, New Delhi 110046 not to help. Now suggest me that how can I change my prepaid jio number to postpaid.

    Congratulations to #RelianceIndustries for becoming the first company to touch a market capitalisation (m-cap) of Rs 10 lakh crore. I just hope now they spend some money to hire talent @reliancejio that can fix #JioFiber problems. As everyone @JioCare incompetent!

    @JioCare Spent the last two days talking to a dozen of your tech support guys. They haven't been able to help so don't call unless you really have a solution on how to recharge my #JioFiber account

    It's a shame that one of the biggest telecom service provider in the world @reliancejio isn't able to fix a technical glitch for more than 24 hours. The @JioCare team has no resolution for someone who is not able to recharge the #JioFiber account. #FAIL

    @reliancejio @rsprasad @TRAI jio using cheap tactics to divert calls. When we call jio to jio call connect but when we call to other service provider network fm jio, call does not connect. @airtelindia @VodafoneIN

    Absolutely pathetic service from @JioCare. Raised a JioFiber complaint on April 1st (SR: [Insert SR Number]). Called customer care numerous times just to get false promises. Now they abruptly cancelled the request after 2 days! Why pay service charges for zero support? @TRAI

    @JioCare India's worst broadband service.Paid fees to install on 5th March,but it's been a month, and the Jio can't install the broadband or get a refund.Keep stating you will receive a refund in the next few business days, ithas been the case since 28th March. Nothing happened.

    @JioCare Part 2/2- Now I'm going straight to the consumer forum to complain, as it's been 10 days and there's been no solution. If I'm paying a monthly bill, you should also provide the service, or make the service free for that period of time.

    @JioCare Part 1/2 - The Jio escalation team doesn't have the manners to talk. Neither do they want to register a complaint nor do they want to provide a solution, they just want to provide a ready-made solution for 4 hours.

    @jiocare WORST SERVICE for Jio, I have requested to relocate my Jio Fiber on 29th Mar till date it has not happened. Customer care giving different reasons. The most irrelevant and unacceptable msg ‘engineer didn’t get access to my location’ I feel attest MTNL lineman were good.

    @JioCare I purchased the JioFiber using landline number, so there is no WhatsApp number registered. And you guys have been saying the same thing for four days now—but problem is not solved yet.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Extremely poor network in our area for over a year. Using Jio AirFiber (30 Mbps plan) + multiple Jio SIMs, yet speeds drop below 1 Mbps (even 100 Kbps). Calls fail too. This is affecting my work badly. Need urgent resolution. (1/4)
