I switched from Airtel to jio on Dec 17 and past 2-3 days are like no internet Calling to support is like 10-15mins of useless and clueless people I am not sure what other people feedback.

My jio number stops working when i am at home as network coverage is not available indoor & wifi calling doesn't work (even on a jio fiber)

Service could not be installed due to no tower coverage, as confirmed by your engineer. Multiple emails to customer carehave not resolved this.Please process the refund immediately.
