I choose Jio over others because of the brand value it carries and didn't expected such kind of services. This is the third time I'm facing such scenario in last 6 months.

Post which when I called again, I was told to wait for another 24 hours, quoting unavailability of the engineer. And also said there is no escalation matrix. Due to covid we cannot transfer call.
