    @JioCare SR00001JKKYR - 50 calls , 10 emails still struggling to get a resolution from RJIO . Voice call execs tell me my issue is genuine and RJIO store shud not hav taken 349 for each sim while porting the number. JIo email tells me charges are OK. I AM STUCK.. worst support

    @JioCare not able to receive otp messages on my jio mobile no. in Delhi. Tested same on other non jio network otps are working. Payment gateway is Razorpay. These issues are becoming very common nowadays in jio. 😡 Please fix your network.

Hope to get best & continuous service from your end. @JioCare why should customer pay for the days they don't get service. Maintenance is understood & acceptable but if it is for entire month then it's a big NO.

    @reliancejio pathetic service level at reliance digital Karol bagh a big store from last 2 days i am visiting for sim exchange but every time a jio executive on lunch at 3.30pm he doing lunch and 1.45 today also doing lunch.why customer suffer pls think?

    One of jio number that is postpaid, is not in use and asking customer care to deactivate, they put my number for 40+ minutes and no one response what a worthless service it is, never go for postpaid @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago

    @reliancejio @JioCare My jio broadband is not working from last 2 mnth # bill is on with no signal # poor cust service in Lajpat ngr delhi .Service request is closed with out resolution SR00001G8JW0. No response from Mr Khushmay or Mr Nitin .

    @reliancejio @JioCare our Cust Id is 900321634201. Requested for no porting on December 28’2022. A person from no 8595941714 called on Dec 30 ‘Then he shared docs & When I requested him to help in filling docs,he refused & said “ k aap kahi aur se karwa lo”.

    When I shifted from kolkata to delhi I ported my sim from vodafone to @reliancejio for better connectivity but looks like it's just not able to even serve the network inside a street . And the stupid customer care executives keep calling to recharge

    @JioCare Thank you, but at a location Block C12, Yamuna Vihar Delhi , the internet connectivity of JIO is extremely poor so 4G or 5G internet both are irrelevant at this location in Delhi... Pl do something to improve services at Yamuna Vihar Delhi 110053.

    @reliancejio Dear Jio, stop advertising “True 5G” when in my area it’s only the 5G logo with 2G-level speed. Full signal, zero performance. If you can’t provide real speed, don’t sell fake promises. Customers pay for internet, not network names. #Jio #5G #PoorService

    @JioCare This is to inform you that I have already raised multiple complaints regarding my Jio Fiber connection, but no proper resolution has been provided so far. Your team is asking for unjustified charges even though the service is not working. This is highly unprofessional.
