    When I shifted from kolkata to delhi I ported my sim from vodafone to @reliancejio for better connectivity but looks like it's just not able to even serve the network inside a street . And the stupid customer care executives keep calling to recharge

    . @JioCare it's been 3 days with no internet. The 1st engineer visited but said he couldn't fix it &asked me to book another engineer. I did, but the 2nd engineer didn't even show up. Tmw is the FIFA final,&my Wi-Fi is still down. Please resolve this urgently.

    @JioCare @reliancejio 3/3 Customer care says bill cannot be waived as an active customer. They are neither allowing me to cancel my connection. Pathetic @JioCare . No response after talking to local jio office. Got disconnected twice from customer care today. Pls cancel permanently.

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, I paid ₹2,221.46 for Jio AirFiber LR00001EB9JT on 16 Jul. I requested cancellation, but till now no cancellation or refund update has been provided. Please cancel the order and initiate the refund.

    @JioCare @DoT_India @TRAI My Jiofiber has been down for 3 days. I’ve raised a complaint and called support 7 to 8 times, but you keep rescheduling the technician. Now it’s been pushed to 10 PM! This is unacceptable. Please resolve this ASAP.
