    @reliancejio paid money to get new jio broadband connection but had to cancel installation because jio do not have proper infrastructure to provide new connection. Request raised on 23april for cancelation and yet there’s no update on refund SR000014PT65..disappointed 😑

Its populated area & people use jio sim but don't know logic why @JioCare don't care ? Do something otherwise u ll lose genuine customers !
