    @JioCare Thank you, but at a location Block C12, Yamuna Vihar Delhi , the internet connectivity of JIO is extremely poor so 4G or 5G internet both are irrelevant at this location in Delhi... Pl do something to improve services at Yamuna Vihar Delhi 110053.

Hope to get best & continuous service from your end. @JioCare why should customer pay for the days they don't get service. Maintenance is understood & acceptable but if it is for entire month then it's a big NO.

In your response, you mentioned that building walls affect the coverage and that the phone will switch to 5G wherever available.     @cooladorable I think you should consider opting @reliancejio AirFiber, where you will get everything you are looking for with DTH. I had used DTH earlier, but due to poor support and service, I switched to JioAirFiber, and it has been working very well for me.

    @jagograhakjago #consumerhelp @JioCare is cheating. They charge JioSTB subscription charges on top of internet charges. They claim various channels for free but those channels display ads.. 20 ads in 30 mins. No way to raise complaint. Support disconnects calls
