@JioCare My 1st number is jio & i trust on jio. I never think that i will drop jio. Last time, i port in VI because i was working in Noida Ienergizer pvt ltd. Where jio was not tied with ienergizer pvt. So my bad luck. That time i have to changed JIo. Now i came back.

@JioCare Better to appoint proffesional staff instead of such rude and unproffesional employees. I called on jio toll free number yesterday at 2:12 pm from Mb no 9837560464. I found myself cheated after spoke to him. He told me his name sakib (senior advisor).

@reliancejio I want to upgrade my 30mbps plan to 150mbps and as per the suggestion from customer care I did the recharge of RS999 and activate the new plan but it is still showing currently two plans are active and speed is still 30mbps this ridiculous.

@JioCare @Rasu4thalapathi I've tried it several times. Now I'm tired. The only hyperactive section of jio telecom is @JioCare , how they act like the problem will be solved in 2 minutes. But I'm requesting for 4 to 5 years yet no improvement. During peak time a WhatsApp message can't be sent. This is 4g
