    @JioCare services been worst after I complaint 1st time. Now internet as well as call disterbance/disconnection/unclear voice. I demand an engineer visit here. I want to enjoy data/call on my bed not standing on road.

    @JioCare Hi Jio Team I want to share bad experience from jio fibre due to non availability of raising request of relocate fibre, It should be done through customer care also,customer need 2 call than jio team contact him collect KYC docs and resolve like airtel @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @reliancejio @TRAI There is a huge networking and connectivity issues always in our area. Every time complaints seems no satifactory response with the authorities. Even We we have to go to the top to find a half of signals. Please take certain steps to solve issues.

    @JioCare @JioFiber Worst customer service. My internet suddenly slows down and slowly it stopped working. First I checked data but I have enough gb’s to use. Trying customer care no. for almost an hour bt no response. Live chat 😂 never ever got response.

    Jio network rn: signal full, internet null 💀📡 Bsdk , mdc , L jio network, recharge khatam hone pr 100 call ayega recharge krwao , network ka L lagake baitha hai mdc jio , Bhakk 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 24 hours main 2 hours bhi network kam nhi krta thik se @reliancejio 🤧

    @JioHotstar @JioCare @DisneyPlusHS, I have a major billing/access issue. I had a standalone Hotstar Premium sub. I got JioFiber and your system forced me onto the Fiber ad plan. Tried to fix it, but now my Premium sub is GONE. Need a human to restore my paid Premium access ASAP.

    @JioCare 4days of complete JioFibre outage, multiple engineer visits, repeated rescheduling and still ZERO resolution. Your IVR traps us in a loop due to the service request with no way to speak to an actual agent. This is unacceptable service and beyond FRUSTRATING! #jiofibre
