    I have no hesitation in saying this but am very sad that high speed data service was promised by you. The whole country believed in this fact of yours. But today it has come such a time that good service is not being done away from you even by solving problems. @JioCare

    @reliancejio @TRAI There is a huge networking and connectivity issues always in our area. Every time complaints seems no satifactory response with the authorities. Even We we have to go to the top to find a half of signals. Please take certain steps to solve issues.

    @JioCare My JioFiber has been down since yesterday after 10 AM, with the router showing a red blinking light and no internet access. I contacted customer care and an engineer visited but left without resolving the issue. The visit was then rescheduled without my consent.

    @JioCare My jio is not working since 5th June evening and your engineer schedule for visit only on 9th June. Disgusting, customer has to wait for 4 days without his fault. Very poor service/response on the part of JIO.

    @JioCare I’m on a 30 Mbps Jio AirFiber plan but getting only 5–14 Mbps in the morning, 2–10 Mbps in the afternoon, and just 500 Kbps–4 Mbps from 6 PM–10 PM. The issue is worst during peak hours. Please fix this network issue ASAP.

    Still no response from @reliancejio and @JioCare regarding my issue. Silence from customer support is disappointing and reflects poorly on customer service. If there’s no update soon, I’ll be forced to move to @airtelindia Air Fiber.

    Switched to @airtelindia just to post this as Jio internet wasn’t working. 1. Call issues for 1+ month. 2. Requested AirFiber disconnection on Apr 15, still billed. 3. New AirFiber also has frequent outages. Very disappointing. Please resolve. @JioCare
