    @reliancejio My 9 Month old Jio Mobile is not working due to some battery issue.Your Employees at JIO Service Centre at Modinagar Ghaziabad, UP are demanding Rs 200 for the same. They are behaving very rudely. Please take the issue at very urgently. My alternate no is 7017259401

    @JioCare @somitsrivastav_ I complained on 15th.. Appointment was given on 16th Thn 17th Thn 18th Thn 19th Now 29th Hats off to u guys.. If anybody has a doubt I can send over 50+ rec of th customer agents.. Juz don't join jio fiber.. It's useless.. #jiosucks

    I have no hesitation in saying this but am very sad that high speed data service was promised by you. The whole country believed in this fact of yours. But today it has come such a time that good service is not being done away from you even by solving problems. @JioCare

    @reliancejio @TRAI There is a huge networking and connectivity issues always in our area. Every time complaints seems no satifactory response with the authorities. Even We we have to go to the top to find a half of signals. Please take certain steps to solve issues.

    @JioCare 24+ hours of outage and counting. Service unavailable. Work affected. Classes missed. Extra money spent on backup internet. Will @JioCare compensate customers for Jio’s failure to provide a paid service, or are customers expected to bear the loss?

    Customers should not have to keep following up while paying for a service that is unavailable. We are forced to use alternative internet arrangements at our own cost due to this prolonged outage. @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago #InternetOutage #CustomerServiceFailure

    @Airtel_Presence @JioCare I've generated my UPC and want to port from Jio to Airtel due to ongoing network issues. Airtel, please advise how to proceed and whether I should share the UPC via DM. Jio, repeated complaints without effective resolution have led to this decision.
