    @jiocare please resolve network issue at my location. LTE is not giving the GSM speed even after 50 meters jio site distance from my locaion. Pl suggest me which operator I look ahead to experience the 4G in india.

    @JioCare @JioFiber Worst customer service. My internet suddenly slows down and slowly it stopped working. First I checked data but I have enough gb’s to use. Trying customer care no. for almost an hour bt no response. Live chat 😂 never ever got response.

    @Airtel_Presence disconnected automatically even when it is not. The same problem is here in Meerut as well, so I am porting to @JioCare.

    Jio network is very slow d last 1month whenevr I complained abt d slow connectivity in JioCare always reply me in your area lots of users use d internet in d same tym so that’s it happened and we improve our service but they did not register any complaint😡😡😡😡 @reliancejio

    @reliancejio i purchased a jio obd tracker around 20-30 days back. it has stopped showing any notifications & not logging trip from last 2 weeks. also wifi hotspot is not working what a cheap chinese product you people are selling & nowhere are any details mentioned to contact!

    @JioCare I am paying for a full month of JioFiber service, but every month the connection remains down for 3–4 days due to repeated outages and poor service. Paying for 30 days but receiving only 26–27 days of service is unfair. Kindly resolve this issue and compensate. @TRAI

    @JioCare I am facing repeated internet disconnections on my Jio AirFiber connection. The Wi-Fi signal is strong, but the internet keeps dropping on all devices. Service Request SR00003AFSFV was raised on 6 July 2026, but the issue is still unresolved and no engineer visit .

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JM_Scindia Despite multiple disconnection requests and sharing all required details, my JioFiber is still active and a new bill has been generated. Disconnect it immediately and cancel the incorrect bill.

    @JioCare It's been 8 days since I reported this issue. No engineer has visited and no action has been taken. Every time there is a power cut, the entire Jio network and internet stop working for hours, indicating the tower has no proper power backup. This is affecting all users.
