    @JioCare My 1st number is jio & i trust on jio. I never think that i will drop jio. Last time, i port in VI because i was working in Noida Ienergizer pvt ltd. Where jio was not tied with ienergizer pvt. So my bad luck. That time i have to changed JIo. Now i came back.

    @JioCare Hi Jio Team I want to share bad experience from jio fibre due to non availability of raising request of relocate fibre, It should be done through customer care also,customer need 2 call than jio team contact him collect KYC docs and resolve like airtel @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @reliancejio It seduces people in the Jio Service Center, and doesn't work, no matter how far someone comes from, returned me after going there for work, if that's the case and those who do such things, Jio will sink. #ghaziabadRDC #ambanisir #India

    @JioCare @reliancejio with in 3 months of installation it’s a second time, I m hlpless as u guys have worst customer service. My internet is not working, tried your so called jio live, and customer care no. BUT no-one responded yet. I think I shud go with othr service providrs nw

    @reliancejio My 9 Month old Jio Mobile is not working due to some battery issue.Your Employees at JIO Service Centre at Modinagar Ghaziabad, UP are demanding Rs 200 for the same. They are behaving very rudely. Please take the issue at very urgently. My alternate no is 7017259401

    @JioCare Till now @JioCare @RelJio4g @reliancejio failed to work with @MiIndiaSupport @XiaomiIndia @RedmiIndia @Xiaomi on the issue of failure of #RedmiNote3 and #RedmiNote3Pro to place the calls on some of the numbers placing #Jio on slot 1 of smartphone. #ridiculous @manukumarjain

    @JioCare you are the worst customer service people. Since last 19th April my interest connection is disturbed for 7th time until today. Everytime they do a temporary fix and it stops working within next 24hrs. Just spoke to senior customer support exec(escalated).

    @reliancejio @JioCare report a complete lack of network coverage at SuratTextileBourse,Surat.This isn’t an issue of weak signal/call drops but total network blackout. Mobile ph show no signal at all,making it impossible to make or receive calls,use mobile data,any communication.

    @airtelindia i am porting my mobile no. From your service... because when my recharge plan expires you stop my incoming calls. Going to @reliancejio because in jio after recharge expires. There is no blocking of incoming calls.

    @JioCare @JioCare Happening every day since more than 6 months. When i recharge newly, it works well for 2-3 days. Fact is we both know is this is intentional. So either you correct this or i am going to port thats it @airtelindia do you want a new customer?

    @JioCare As a customer, I am already aware that my recharge has expired. Receiving frequent daily messages about the same is unnecessary and inconvenient. Kindly reduce the frequency of these messages. 🙏
