But here two things are there. 1) Low internet speed due more concurrent users where, need to improve capacity 2) Poor indoor network coverage, possibly due to device position on tower. There is no proper response when we raise a complaint and they take 3-4 days to respond to the complaint. Also, your support guy asks us to switch connection to other provider.
