But after I made payment for the connection the sales guy just vanished. Not lifting my phone, tried multiple times. His name is Manoranjan.

But here two things are there. 1) Low internet speed due more concurrent users where, need to improve capacity 2) Poor indoor network coverage, possibly due to device position on tower. I told him we need service on existing connection, his reply was you can get new connection in 15 mins but for service he can’t help at all.
