  @reliancejio @JioCare Here, Students are facing deep troubles due to the extremely poor internet connection provided by Jio at Ravenshaw University, Cuttack. Please look into this matter asap and solve it. This is the need of the hour. I am complaining this for the 3rd time !

  @JioCare now in days @reliancejio has very very bad service. After launching complaint couple of times, no one is try to solve the complaint.they close complaint their self. Data Speed - 1-50 kbps. if you don't care your customers then they ran away 2 other

  I applied for a fiber connection & paid for 6 months in advance. After the payment & paperwork,I dint my connection. I called the incharge he said me unparliamentary language. He said we are not bound to give u service. Do what ever u want. This wasn'texpect from @reliancejio

  @JioCare I have bought 999 plan of jio fiber . I am entitled to 12 ott subscriptions. Just logged in to discovery plus app but it's asking me to buy premium plan. No help from your customer care number. The concerned advisor hardly knows anything about the ott apps .

  @JioCare Dear Jio team, after sending this I received call from suspected no. regarding solving this problem. They are calling from airtel and told that official jio cuatomer person. That number are 9635264242. They are asking to remote access and then trying to stolen information.
