Please look into this matter asap and solve it. Literally its 2G in the name of 4G.

I haven't done the recharge for last 3 month ..then did 2 days back and today it stopped working..there is no ******* policy to compensate customer if it's due to your end..no extension of plan expiry ..no discount on recharges.
