    @reliancejio @JioCare why jio care is not responding to their Customer regarding jiofiber connection and what bullshit work goingon all around installation of all terminal boxes are done since 3weeks ago but not yet gone live. Service toward demanding consumers worst..

    @reliancejio worst fiber service promise to give 150mbps as per my plan and giving only 40 to 70 mbps all the time Service representative not registering complaint as they want customer to do the diagnosis Please refund my amount paid i dont want to use your service

    @SonyLIV I was using Sony LIV with JIO Fiber 999 plan in both my TV and phone. However after today's recharge my premium subscription is not working in my phone. Phone number is messaged in your DM. Please look into it. @JioCare

    I applied for a fiber connection & paid for 6 months in advance. After the payment & paperwork,I dint my connection. I called the incharge he said me unparliamentary language. He said we are not bound to give u service. Do what ever u want. This wasn'texpect from @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare The Jio Network for the last 15days has been extremely rediculus .Non of the services are working at a speed in which i can work. It is highly disappointing to WFH with Jio network.

    @JioCare The service engineer visited was unable to resolve the issue. He insisted is to go for lan connection for smooth internet experience. When we asked for solution yo the WiFi problem he ended up saying that as u have 3rd party wifi device that's why it is not getting connected

    @JioCare So now like service provider, customer support team also not responding nice way of doing business.First commit then take the fees and then fool the customer in the name of installation.

    Sharing #JioFibre connection inside home is not advisable as speed is very poor out of 5mtr range. @JioCare @reliancejio Pls increase 5g range from router, else ppl will not ur services.

    We need jio fibre service in the following location asap. Nankar, Jagatpur, Cuttack, Odisha Pin-754021. As there are many customers eagerly waiting for and the saddest part is jiofibre is available in other locations of Jagatpur still we haven't got yet. @JioCare @JioFibre.

    @JioCare @reliancejio You should stop the option of home delivery of Jio sim..the concerned people express inability to deliver the same and send a message that saying customer unreachable...is it really that difficult to port to Jio postpaid. Really unprofessional.

    @jiocare @jio_fiber @_reliancejio PExtremely frustrated with JioFiber service. Despite multiple follow-ups via calls & emails, there is no response from your team. Service request is closed automatically even no engineer assigned, and the service remains unusable.

    @JioCare 8+ days without internet from JioFiber and still no resolution. Multiple false assurances daily no engineer visit and tickets closed without fixing anything. Escalating this to consumer authorities now. Enough delay @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio JioJoin keeps showing “Please connect to JioFiber Wi-Fi and try again” even when connected. I even tried multiple handsets but the same issue appears. I joined JioFiber mainly for the calling feature. JioFixed Voice: 06685796695. Please resolve ASAP @JioCare.

    @JioCare Hi Idiots at Jio - its 6 days already passed and your pathetic service is still not restored. Your cheap technical team didn’t contacted me yet and no insight provided on when it would resolve. I’m switching to @airtelindia now.. they can’t be worse than you, no one can!

    @JioCare @JioCare I'm not sure what you are thinking. I'm complaining this issue since April 2nd. There is no resolution, everytime you are saying it is escalated. Is this the way the customer is being treated.. I'm not getting any call but you are saying unable to connect. Not good

    @JioCare If there isn't an delay in resolution, why such time of 19 days and all such time was only due to repeated complaints at multiple phases. It was the case even engineer not being assigned for the initial days.

    @JioCare @reliancejio His language was so bad..he literally told to remove the box and wires and throw it away.... If the service staff is only not interested we are also not interested to keep your network on with such a bad service
