But here two things are there. 1) Low internet speed due more concurrent users where, need to improve capacity 2) Poor indoor network coverage, possibly due to device position on tower. ASHOK VEMULAPALLI (@ashuvemulapalli) reportedDear Jio Customer Care Team, I am writing to bring to your immediate attention a very serious incident involving extreme negligence and unprofessional behavior by the staff at your Punjagutta branch. I visited the Punjagutta Jio office to get a replacement for my existing Jio SIM card. However, the store manager, Mr. Kishore, demanded extra money to issue the new SIM. When I pointed out that a SIM replacement is either free or costs a maximum of ₹50, he rudely brushed me off and told me to come back tomorrow. When I asked why it couldn't be issued immediately, he claimed my SIM number was not visible in the system—without even checking. He then insisted that I either complete a ₹350 recharge on the spot or pay him extra money under the table. When I confronted him about this improper behavior, he arrogantly replied, "Go to Mumbai and complain to Ambani if you want." It was only after I took a strong stand and firmly questioned his conduct that he finally processed and issued my SIM card. Why is Jio showing such gross neglect toward its customers? I request you to take strict disciplinary action against the staff involved for their unacceptable attitude. Please investigate how many other customers are being forced to pay extra money for SIM replacements at this branch. I strongly urge you to review the CCTV footage of the store to verify this incident and take necessary action. @reliancejio @JioCare @JioDigitalIndia
