But after I made payment for the connection the sales guy just vanished. Not lifting my phone, tried multiple times. His name is Manoranjan.

He insisted is to go for lan connection for smooth internet experience. When we asked for solution yo the WiFi problem he ended up saying that as u have 3rd party wifi device that's why it is not getting connected

The engineer acknowledged there’s no proper 4G or 5G signal inside our homes and keeps saying he’ll “check with the team.” Still no tower, no resolution. Around 15 families in my society face the same issue. I have 3 yearly Jio plans—please refund the unused amount so I can switch to a provider that actually offers service. @JioCare @reliancejio

The service request was raised at 07.38am on 18th August 2026. No response on any platform. If I call the customer care on 18008969999 with my registered mobile number, then the system identifies it and only give the automated reply “YOUR REQUEST FOR ENGINEER VISIT IS ALREADY IN PROGRESS AND A TECHNICIAN WILL BE ASSIGNED SHORTLY”. The phone hangs automatically after that. I have no way of talking to a human customer representative. I called from another number with a hope that the system won’t identify it and put me in touch with an actual human customer rep. I called today morning, approx. 24 hours after the service request was raised. And finally, I could talk to a human customer rep. I was assured of quick resolution, but it is approx. 6 hours since that call, and no response on any channels. I have no idea what the problem is. Is this what you call customer service????
