But after I made payment for the connection the sales guy just vanished. Not lifting my phone, tried multiple times. His name is Manoranjan.

The real issue is 1–2 Mbps speed on my 30 Mbps plan. It has been 6 days—provide a real ETA, complaint number, and confirm compensation.
