    @JioCare Yes I know the installation date is on 29/06/2021 but my problem is no one is contacting me regarding installation and the guy who visited and verified my documents said I will get call from installation guy. On installation day just like today the appointment gets rescheduled

    @JioCare Its just 250mtr.once you start there are more than 50 working personal who are working from their home.due to slow net speed we all are frustrated.. Kindly start just see whether you will wait for 250mtr or whether you loose 50 customer.

    @reliancejio @JioCare is threatening me to delete or inactivate my JIO number which I am not recharging since past few days because I have taken JIO Fiber connection on that number. May be its time to move on to different network and fiber service provider?

    @reliancejio @JioCare Here, Students are facing deep troubles due to the extremely poor internet connection provided by Jio at Ravenshaw University, Cuttack. Please look into this matter asap and solve it. At the need of this hour, there are online classes going on !

    @SonyLIV I was using Sony LIV with JIO Fiber 999 plan in both my TV and phone. However after today's recharge my premium subscription is not working in my phone. Phone number is messaged in your DM. Please look into it. @JioCare

    @JioCare now in days @reliancejio has very very bad service. After launching complaint couple of times, no one is try to solve the complaint.they close complaint their self. Data Speed - 1-50 kbps. if you don't care your customers then they ran away 2 other

    It's 10.25 pm and i am unable to send a message in whatsapp the network is so poor @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup Although staying in urban area of odisha from shankarpur das sahi of cuttack pin-753012 I think the speed is even less than 2g internet speed in my room!

    @JioCare @reliancejio 2/n Despite multiple calls to customer care and repeated follow-ups with the local representative who booked the connection, I have received only excuses. I am being told that the installation engineer has been "sick for the last 3 days," while my calls are being ignored

    Jio AirFiber service has been unavailable, and we are paying every month without receiving the service we are promised. Frequent network outages and poor connectivity are causing a lot of inconvenience. If you cannot provide reliable service, why are customers being charged regularly?     @JioCare Your team have disconnected my JioFiber broadband connection on their own discrete, falsely claiming that I had called to disconnect on 09.06.26 I have paid Rs 12,729.84 on 27.03.26 for 12 months plan (with one month additional free) I NEVER called. REFUND me balance

    Activated long-term Jio plan with 1-year Gemini Advanced offer. Subscription cancelled automatically due to a technical glitch. Both Jio & Google support failed to resolve this. Need higher-level technical team intervention @JioCare @GooglePlay
