But here two things are there. 1) Low internet speed due more concurrent users where, need to improve capacity 2) Poor indoor network coverage, possibly due to device position on tower. More than 48 hours has elapsed but still it has not been serviced. Irony is that Jio disconnects your internet service immediately if you forget to recharge (1/2)

The worst part is that they are not calling only that particular number, but also other mobile numbers registered under the same name. I asked them what would happen if I didn’t recharge that number. He said they would continue making repeated calls until we recharge it.
