He insisted is to go for lan connection for smooth internet experience. When we asked for solution yo the WiFi problem he ended up saying that as u have 3rd party wifi device that's why it is not getting connected

But here two things are there. 1) Low internet speed due more concurrent users where, need to improve capacity 2) Poor indoor network coverage, possibly due to device position on tower. Min recharge is 1.5 gb per day which goes waste coz wifi Switched from @JioCare to this only to face the same issue.
