    my circle because the calling experience is something I wouldn't even like to speak about. If this continues I'll be switching over to @reliancejio whom I had discontinued after bad experience but now I realise they're the best (read relatively better)

    @DoT_India @JioCare They called me yesterday and i was busy in meeting and i requested to call back after 3 pm. Still not got a call..this is how they work. I am not getting network till now

    This is a very serious matter even if I’m a strong #JioSupporter I believe @reliancejio must respond to this. Customers have the right to question & @reliancejio has to reply please.Its a vry bad internet in Cuttack,Odisha since the cyclone passed.

    @JioCare Please understand it's an issue of 2 major cities & may b couple of dists and must be lakh+ subscribers. If you have sense and sincere, check with your local team escalate the matter, learn from your competitors like #BSNL @airtelindia @VodafoneIN @Idea and solve the issue ASAP.

    Switch from @reliancejio to @Idea, @airtelindia, @VodafoneIN or @BSNLCorporate take smart decision now. @reliancejio bad service, bad network speed, bad support even at Odisha when other networks are standing @reliancejio still made people disappointed.

    @_that_funnyguy_ @JioCare @reliancejio Thay dont. They only texts. I have complained about 10 times.I alws do get a call from them and as per them "it will be solved in 2 to 3 days. We will call u back when problem will be solved. I m chceking it personally. L" No call back from them, and problem continues hereafter.

    @JioCare I have been using my jioFi No. 7978403125 since last 2 years in Bhubaneswar,Orissa. As per current pack, the validity is to end by 7th June. But you have not provided net service to the area of Bhubaneswar, Orissa from 03.05.19 to 14.05.19 due to your outage of

    Talked to @JioCare as my account says inactive, the guy said I need to wait till 31st May when the after-cyclone restoration will be completed. Before that they can't help on any technical issues.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice Someone from reliance jio has come to our home for upgrading the box and claimed your speed will be increased but we are facing constant connectivity issue after that. Even the downloading speed decreased from 140mbps to 12mbps
