    @JioCare jio don't care...1 month left...no improvement.. illegally people have taken fibre connection and enjoying..jio employees coming , only viewing are....worst service

    @SonyLIV I was using Sony LIV with JIO Fiber 999 plan in both my TV and phone. However after today's recharge my premium subscription is not working in my phone. Phone number is messaged in your DM. Please look into it. @JioCare

    @JioCare Its just 250mtr.once you start there are more than 50 working personal who are working from their home.due to slow net speed we all are frustrated.. Kindly start just see whether you will wait for 250mtr or whether you loose 50 customer.

    @JioCare Pl dont ask me to mention my contact no in social media. You check n/w speed near my house & in the area of Kishan Nagar, Rasulgarh, Bhubaneswar, PIN 751010. We suffer since more than 6 months. You chit company compelled us to have alternative network. Rectify ur n/w imnefiately.

    I am perssonally very unsatisfied with the services of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ,since 15 days no network is their in our office ,we have around 50 cug & 100+ prepaid customers facing the network issue but no one responding our call so we will planning to shift to @JioCare

    Sharing #JioFibre connection inside home is not advisable as speed is very poor out of 5mtr range. @JioCare @reliancejio Pls increase 5g range from router, else ppl will not ur services.

    @JioCare The service engineer visited was unable to resolve the issue. He insisted is to go for lan connection for smooth internet experience. When we asked for solution yo the WiFi problem he ended up saying that as u have 3rd party wifi device that's why it is not getting connected

    I perssonally used 2 prepaid Airtel Sim and one Cug sim ,it's very difficult for me to communicate but after so many references and call still the issue is their actually no one cares our concern from @Airtel_Presence so perssonally I will shift to @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio worst fiber service promise to give 150mbps as per my plan and giving only 40 to 70 mbps all the time Service representative not registering complaint as they want customer to do the diagnosis Please refund my amount paid i dont want to use your service

    @JioCare Thanks Tejas! But here two things are there. 1) Low internet speed due more concurrent users where, need to improve capacity 2) Poor indoor network coverage, possibly due to device position on tower. See the screenshot where getting 2 signal bar out of 5. @reliancejio

    @vissukc @reliancejio @VodafoneIN has 0 contribution to good tele-services in India. Let asidetele-service, ask them to give you 1 bill for different accounts, they can’t. But, just because employement angle we can’t regulate them hard. If we had good #consumerprotection like #EU we could got services

    Raised fibre termination request with @JioCare @reliancejio last month before next billing cycle due to relocation and these guys still send me bill for this month and still didn’t terminated my connection. Thats some next level service

    @JioCare I am cancelling Order- NO0001DEM4QM. After a month of waiting, endless follow-ups, closed complaints, "wait 24 hours" responses and no installation, I've lost all confidence in your service. Have some shame and stop making customers wait for something you cannot deliver.

    @JioCare What is the purpose of all these escalations if there is still no resolution? SR000037OTEN has already been pending for days, and despite multiple escalations, I continue to receive the same generic responses without any concrete timeline.

    @Vairamuthud2001 @JioCare Everywhere this is the same issue. I am facing the same thing with Airtel @airtelindia . They have also taken my money and didn't install IPTV. They have kept my money since April but couldn't return. There is a need to tighten the norms against these stupid companies

    @JioCare My internet is STILL NOT WORKING. SR No. SR000037OTEN. You committed restoration by 14th June 2:46 PM. That deadline has passed and the service remains down. For days, I have received nothing but apologies, assurances, and false timelines.
