    @JioCare Its just 250mtr.once you start there are more than 50 working personal who are working from their home.due to slow net speed we all are frustrated.. Kindly start just see whether you will wait for 250mtr or whether you loose 50 customer.

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare your internet really sucks in my location !! I'm even not able to fetch 200kbps of internet speed, damn even not able to play a video on YouTube I see you are going to loose a customer soon .. please look into it ..

    @JioCare @reliancejio May i know when jio fiber service can be provided in Kanan vihar phase-2,Bbsr.Though we are in Bhubaneswar still jio is not able to lay the infrastructure in Bhubaneswar.Any update on the service @kanan vihar ph-2?

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI One of the worst service by reliance jio fiber .No service person is available after repeated complain also .recommended not yo go with jio fiber . Current service number-SR000017QBBV

    @JioCare Pl dont ask me to mention my contact no in social media. You check n/w speed near my house & in the area of Kishan Nagar, Rasulgarh, Bhubaneswar, PIN 751010. We suffer since more than 6 months. You chit company compelled us to have alternative network. Rectify ur n/w imnefiately.

    @reliancejio But right now it's same problem happened with me and it's time to final skip.... Your network is too bad here. So fix it otherwise lost it like old Reliance gsm

    @JioCare incomplete service call. Requested the service technician to fix the replacement modem at 6 P.M. When contacted he refused saying that the time was not convenient for him. My complete evening schedule upset. Sad state. Service Request Number SR00001CK7TP.

    @JioCare now in days @reliancejio has very very bad service. After launching complaint couple of times, no one is try to solve the complaint.they close complaint their self. Data Speed - 1-50 kbps. if you don't care your customers then they ran away 2 other

    @reliancejio will keep reminding you to recharge before every DAMN CALL when 3 days of a plan is left to expire. Imagine dialing in emergencies and getting a reminder like that. Isn't ONE reminder enough ???? #reliancejio

    @JioCare Pathetic customer service from Jio. Wanted a new jio fibre connection in Bhubaneswar. Jio guys came promptly. But after I made payment for the connection the sales guy just vanished. Not lifting my phone, tried multiple times. His name is Manoranjan.

    It's been over 1 month since I placed my JioFiber order (LR00001DH34N) and paid ₹807. Your team even called and took an OTP, but after that there has been no installation, no update, and no resolution. How can a customer wait this long for a connection? Please explain. @JioCare

    @JioCare From MyJio app also, it's not showing the scheduled appointment. It was the worst experience we all were facing with JioFiber in our area which is down from yesterday afternoon (almost 30+ hours). Also I don't see any engineers working for the resolution. #jiofiberdown #jio

    It's been two weeks since I've experienced no internet connectivity. @reliancejio @JioCare If you can't fix this, please inform me so that I can switch to Airtel. It feels horrible to pay monthly for absolutely terrible service.

    @JioCare Out internet has been down for 7 DAYS. SR0002LR4XQ ON HOLD, RESCHEULED. No visit, no resolution , no information. Have tried calling jiocare , usual pre canned responses, mailed , no response. Pathetic. Unresponsive . No care jio care Respond here . Care.....

    It's been 3days and @reliancejio has not been able to fix the issue, neither are they sending anyone, just keep on extending the time technician will come. Now can anyone suggest a good fiber optics connection which won't trouble me like these jio sloths?

    @JioCare Raised an issue here, emailed your official ID too. All I got back was a copy-paste “regret the inconvenience, DM us your details” ,then silence. No technician call, no follow-up, no resolution. Says a lot about how seriously customer complaints are actually taken here
