    @SonyLIV I was using Sony LIV with JIO Fiber 999 plan in both my TV and phone. However after today's recharge my premium subscription is not working in my phone. Phone number is messaged in your DM. Please look into it. @JioCare

    @reliancejio will keep reminding you to recharge before every DAMN CALL when 3 days of a plan is left to expire. Imagine dialing in emergencies and getting a reminder like that. Isn't ONE reminder enough ???? @JioCare

    @JioCare Pl dont ask me to mention my contact no in social media. You check n/w speed near my house & in the area of Kishan Nagar, Rasulgarh, Bhubaneswar, PIN 751010. We suffer since more than 6 months. You chit company compelled us to have alternative network. Rectify ur n/w imnefiately.

    @JioCare Its not a handset/website issue. The whole Jio network is bad after #cyclonefani hit #Odisha last year. With the same handset Airtel network works like a charm with very good speed. It's #jio network which is slow.

    When should we expect Jio Fibre service at Chatrabazar area, Cuttack- 753003 ? It's already available in nearby places like College Square but not in Chatrabazar. Please respond. @JioCare @reliancejio

    Sharing #JioFibre connection inside home is not advisable as speed is very poor out of 5mtr range. @JioCare @reliancejio Pls increase 5g range from router, else ppl will not ur services.

    Hi @JioCare, I submitted my Vi to Jio port request on 7 July around 7 PM. KYC is complete, but MyJio still shows "Port-in In Progress". My Vi plan expires on 8 July, and I'm concerned about a service interruption if the process is delayed. (1/2) @JioCare

    Let's see if @JioCare you gonna fix the issue today or just keep talking the same **** again. The problem is in the box, the box on electric pole is down, and since 3 July you guys are not able to fix the box. You just ask me to reschedule appointment.

    @JioCare Repeated generic replies are not a solution. You cancelled my scheduled installation without informing me. If this issue isn’t resolved immediately, I’ll file a complaint with the Consumer Commission and seek compensation for the delay and inconvenience. Order ID: CO0001T7XSZH
