    @JioCare have you opened customer care to shuffle calls. My call has been transferred to 3 executives without intimation and then the third one again transferred. I have an issue related jio fiber invoice. I had provided my GSTIN no. but the same is not present on invoice #shame

    @JioCare Scheduled time for Engineer was 3'o clock ,But still he hasn't approached, problem is same,No response after writing this much.

    @JioCare Whole day went nobody visited,heights of tolerance,every day is passing by there is no assistance of engineer,The amount we paid for the internet is going for waste .very bad experience we are facing from the jio team Bhilwara

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi Jio Team, I took a Jio Fiber connection on 24th April and the installation was completed on 27th April. From the second day after installation, I have been facing internet speed issues and frequent disconnections.

    @JioCare I am sitting 2-3 feet from the router with full signal. This is not a WiFi coverage issue. High ping and packet loss happen during night matches in BGMI, COD, Valorant and Brawlhalla. Please escalate to the network team instead of generic replies.
