    @JioCare Hey. I'm a postpaid customer. I'm not getting network in my area in recent times. It's getting worse day by day. Everyone facing the same issue in locality. Planned to buy jio fiber before, now I'm not going to until you resolve this network issue.

    @reliancejio's internet connection is getting worse day by day. I am paying 3000 bucks not to get slow internet service. I think you guys should look after your service or you'll get canceled pretty soon.

    @JioCare What a pathetic service you are giving. I raised the request to pickup the devices 20 days back but still no action taken only your team is rescheduling the date n timing. And your customer service desk is so unprofessional they don’t know anything

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am amazed with the customer service of Jio. After repeated requests for a call back, finally get one but the agent is smart enough to disconnect the call within 3 seconds (just to establish Jio reached out )

    @reliancejio you guys have the worst network when it comes to internet at NIBM pune, a simple you tube video of 2 minutes buffers for 1 minute before Playing, same with insta and other apps, absolute thrash
