@JioCare @reliancejio Your complaint resolution process for autopay of postpaid bill payments is faulty. The bill is deducted in last 24 hrs before due date. However, your complaint resolution ETA is 48 hrs. The earliest a person can raise a complaint is 24hrs before due date.
