@JioCare Again the same worst service. I had a jio fiber postpaid connection. But after calling the customer care he told me to pay in advance like a prepaid connection. So what is the difference between prepaid and postpaid connection. Also no use of redemption of referral code

Just moved to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence from @reliancejio I would agree that I made mistake. Such a pathetic network which too in city like Navi Mumbai, #Team_Airtel you need to do a lot of work to improve your coverage.

@JioCare Really pathetic service, even after bringing this issue of carelessness attitude in Twitter Jio doesn't bother looks like. Now it's 7:00PM whole day gone but no engineer turned up yet.... really shows how concerned.
