    Hi @JioCare, I live in Katihar and have been experiencing slow internet for the past few days. I even called customer care support but the support people cut my call by saying they couldn't hear me. Also, bcz of slow internet, I couldn't use the whole data, will u reimburse it?

    Jio services have been pathetic in recent times. Commitments are not met as promised by @JioCare, @_MukeshAmbani . Looking for alternative service
