    @JioCare Such a poor and unprofessional service support from jio fiber. It’s been 6 days in continuation without service and customer care still saying in 2 hrs service will be stored. They have no clue at all about the fault. Service engineers are not bothered to visit. Ridiculous!

    @JioCare I ordered jio fiber at my place in dehradun . Order number NO0000FLEOFF . It has been 2 weeks still no connection setup. Everyday team comes and says not possible. The person who booked is not returning calls. Jio customer care ia useless I want my refund. Please!

    @JioCare @fiber_jio Jio fiber is down since one day. Ticket is logged but no one came till now to fix it. Just checked with customer care as per them ticket is still not assigned. Does it take 24 hours to assign ticket.

    It's very easy to commit ... Commitment which may not be fulfilled yes .. @JioCare @reliancejio .. you have been like a red wine bottle which I have bought but unfortunately cork got broken and now it's inside the bottle .. Before installation service 0/10..

    Ticket to fix SR0000159GNE was raised 2 days back. Team came after 2days not able to fix. With 2 couplers they were loosing power so they asked me to go for new connection with nearest s2 they can't terminate my existing connection to nearest s2 again I pay 2500 @TRAI @JioCare

    @jio_fiber @JioCare what if user has recharge fiber plan for 30 days, due to network issue customer has not avail the service for 10 days. Will you be increasing validity by 10 days or returning his money @TRAI please wake up, as per their customer care they don't provide either

    @TRAI @reliancejio all contact nos listed on their website including 198 no for complaints dont allow us to talk to customer car executive for raising a complaint/issue. So what should a customer do if he wants to know procedure to convert prepaid no to postpaid? @JioCare 😡

    @hawkeye Can you please give a clarification about the support of SA 5G in Mi 10 and 10i devices, which was advertised that will support all the 5G bands available in India, and now Jio users are not able to use 5G. Else we will be sorrowfully forced to port from @reliancejio

    @JioCare Hey @JioCare, I do not have any concerns from you. Excellent service from your end. I was issued a new swapped SIM & it started working instantaneously. Much appreciated! Expected a similar response from @Airtel_Presence. It's been over 24hrs now, still not activated.

    @JioCare Thank you for your prompt reply but I really hope I get a more prompt response and someone can resolve this issue now. After 5G has been launched forget faster network, I barely have had any bars or connectivity and now total blackout!!!
