I have registered complaint on 19.07.22. No engineer visited till date. Very poor service by jio fibre. Plz suggest me how to get the jio connection deactivated and to get back the money.

No visit by service engineer. Very poor customer care, which is unacceptable. I may switch to other services provider if not resolved

Have contacted customer support multiple no. of times and in response we only get to hear that we will be visiting and no one shows up. It has affected my work deeply.

The main issue is that whenever the electricity goes off, the network signal immediately drops to just one or two bars, and after that nothing works properly internet stops working and calls become difficult or impossible. This issue has been happening regularly for quite some time. Kindly check the network tower/battery backup situation in my area and resolve the problem as soon as possible. Thank you.
