    @JioCare It's been more than 7 days now. I am done with Jio and I don't want to continue with Jio fiber hence please refund me recharged prepaid amount of Rs 1178 which I paid on 7th July and my wifi is not working since 6th July.

    @JioCare Such a shame jio team...it's been 6 days now and you are still saying allow us some time.....how much more time do you want to resolve the issue. I have not seen so irresponsible behaviour from such a big brand. Shame on you.......

    @JioCare Dear Jio Fiber Team, I am really fedup of your support team nearby my place. They auto close early requests without visiting/asking, even they took 1500 cash from my neighbour on the name of high speed wire (wire range is below 80meter). Do something against such guys

    @JioCare I have been complaining for 9 days to transfer my jio fiber but no response was received, it is getting delayed everyday.Due to lack of relocation,Im facing a lot of trouble and it is happening and I went to my nearest Jio office and Im not getting any response from 3day

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice pathetic customer care services. My office jio fiber has not been working from last 10days. Complained was raised on 29th September. The engineers call everyday we will come today and after that don't even show up.

    @HathwayBrdband @TRAI @JioCare Hathway is creating nusinance and mental harrasement by doing regular span marketing calls & messages on our personal DND numbers. Already mailed and informed many times to Hathway care but seems they are stupid peoples who don't want to listen.

    @reliancejio Worst service I have ever seen...I have paid 3 months amount in advance and service provider said 1 month is free.. after 3 months I have received a bill amount of 834 around. What the nonsense is this..

    @JioCare We have been requesting and following up with Reliance Jio Fiber Team for providing services since July 2020, but there is No Single Response from any one officials. May be the company has gone such big that it needs to be reminded that only Customer is the King. 👊👊

    @JioCare Service request no. SR0000OU5T was raised y'day 17th Sept at 16:52 and the matter was to get resolved by 16:52 today which has not happened. A delay of few days may be a normal thing for you guys but it has not gone down well with me. So, pls work on it fast.

    @JioCare @reliancejio After more than 45 days, finally someone came and took the fiber box but the wire is still there. Wire was the main issue because of which I had to cancel the connection and he didn't remove thr wire. Send someone and get the wire removed.

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio I have registered 4 complaints about Jio Fiber broken cable (SR000015SB88) which supposed to be resolved by 17/07/2021. No visit by service engineer. Very poor customer care, which is unacceptable. I may switch to other services provider if not resolved

    @JioCare firstly in 70 days you didn't resolve my issue now 20 days of complaining 3times no one comes to pick my jio box for connection closing how pathetic your service is i think your jio fiber team is collapsed in dehradun.

    @JioCare I have raised a request SR000037CIDX to fix my broadband connection 4 days ago still not resolved, technician came and he says that he need to bring the cable and put the ticket on hold. Now he is not picking up the call. Very pathetic service and unprofessional.

    @JioCare Because some guy who he called didn't allow it as according to him router was working fine. Now he left saying it's an issue on the backend and there's nothing more he can do. While I am left with a speed of 3 MBPS whereas I paid for 30.
