Ticket to fix SR0000159GNE was raised 2 days back. Team came after 2days not able to fix. With 2 couplers they were loosing power so they asked me to go for new connection with nearest s2 they can't terminate my existing connection to nearest s2 again I pay 2500 @TRAI @JioCare

@JioCare Such a poor and unprofessional service support from jio fiber. It’s been 6 days in continuation without service and customer care still saying in 2 hrs service will be stored. They have no clue at all about the fault. Service engineers are not bothered to visit. Ridiculous!

@jio_fiber @JioCare what if user has recharge fiber plan for 30 days, due to network issue customer has not avail the service for 10 days. Will you be increasing validity by 10 days or returning his money @TRAI please wake up, as per their customer care they don't provide either

@JioCare @fiber_jio Jio fiber is down since one day. Ticket is logged but no one came till now to fix it. Just checked with customer care as per them ticket is still not assigned. Does it take 24 hours to assign ticket.

@reliancejio @JioCare My jio fiber is broken since 1 week ,im calling customer care daily and also been talking to your executive dailya nd the problem is still not resolve. Now im asking them to cancel the membership and take back the setup and give back my security money.

@reliancejio what a pathetic service you are providing. It’s been 3 days, am still yet to get STB. Whatever complaint your customer service logs, it gets resolved after sometime without any resolution provided. Upon calling again they raise new complaints which again goes in loop

@JioCare @JioCare I'm unable to make or receive calls till now. I don't know why you say that I'm able to make calls. While you say that there is no network issue in my area, I've called 198 from a different number twice; and both the times I was told that there is a n/w issue @ blr.
