    Requested @JioCare @reliancejio to disconnect my fiber connection . The service advisor asked me to trust him, that he was going to make things right . Fell in the trap once again. Haven't recieved any call, email update anything.Been two days already. Not surprised

    want to install jio fiber CNX but jio fiber team is not ready to give me connection I have 15 persons who are ready to buy fiber. My house is only 1.5km away 4m my h last CNX. but field time is not responding properly. Kindly help jio fiber management @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio I have been trying to get the Jio fiber problem resolved for 3 days but nobody has bothered to do anything. On top of that, your service team marked it as resolved. My internet pack has been running in the meanwhile. Why can't you resolve a simple issue ?

    @JioCare poor after sales service of jio , the engineers call us like giving orders …feel like we are helpless …prepaid the amount and repent later

    @JioCare @reliancejio Had to turn to Twitter as a last resort. This is not the kind of service we expect. Have contacted customer support multiple no. of times and in response we only get to hear that we will be visiting and no one shows up. It has affected my work deeply.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice Just doing scam with there customers Your Customer care executive refused to take my disconnection request. after trying & talking to 4-5 customer care executive then they lock my SR for disconnection during my trial period.

    Its been more than 15 days since I have applied for relocation for my JIO fibre connection. But, the customer support member doesn't seem to be available for the execution, even calling consecutively for more than a week. It's very disappointing! @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare My jio fiber is broken since 1 week ,im calling customer care daily and also been talking to your executive dailya nd the problem is still not resolve. Now im asking them to cancel the membership and take back the setup and give back my security money.

    @JioCare I am getting frustrated every passing hour .... today also engeneer visit did not happen, it's been a week now. Are you guys trying to make fool. I got msg today that visit will happen but nobody turned up. Can you please tell if you really want to resolve the issue or not.

    @JioCare Dear Jio, @reliancejio Ive been facing this issue for the last 15 days In my area, Jio 5G automatically switches to 4G whenever theres even a brief power outage Why does 5Gdisappear so easily Im paying for an expensive recharge but I’m not getting a stable 5G experience

    @reliancejio @JioCare What a pathetic service by Jio! My internet has been down, and I raised complaint SR00002MDOB8. I just received a call and message claiming my door was locked and the technician couldn't visit. That's a blatant lie—I have been at home waiting all this time.

    Dear @JioCare, this is extremely frustrating. My JioFiber connection has been down for the past 3 days. I raised a service request on 5th July, and instead of resolving the issue, you rescheduled the engineer visit on your own from 7th July to 8th July without my consent.
