    @JioCare Worst service in Dehradun After getting KYC and payment done yesterday afternoon by Mr Naresh from sales, I was promised that I will have connection today and this is my only condition while switching to jio fiber.

    Requested @JioCare @reliancejio to disconnect my fiber connection . The service advisor asked me to trust him, that he was going to make things right . Fell in the trap once again. Haven't recieved any call, email update anything.Been two days already. Not surprised

    @JioCare Plz refund my money . I don’t want to continue with such kind of poor services by reliance jio. Airtel services are far better than yours. None can wait for 20 days to get a simple connectivity issue in a capital city like Deheadun. Plz refund

    @JioCare It’s more than 25 days. All entertainment like TV, internet etc are not at all working. I have registered complaint on 19.07.22. No engineer visited till date. Very poor service by jio fibre. Plz suggest me how to get the jio connection deactivated and to get back the money.

    @JioCare Its more than 20 days. Plz solve the problem. I am paying Rs. 1768.80 per month. Plz refund my hard money as you are completely failed to solve to restore the internet connection and other facilities. Very poor experience with jio fibre and its customer support system 🙏🏻

    Jio make their customers fool ..they are fraud dont buy their postpaid plans....its a big scam... Their customer care server also poor they dont talk properly or even cut the calls @reliancejio @JioCare

    Jio post paid plans are scam dont fall in their trap its a complete scam in the name of free ott apps.... Their customer care agent are rude they dont talk properly or even cut the calls ....I want my money back and dont want to stay in jio anymore @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I don't think any service engineer will come to my location to repair the fiber since all of them have declined and the date of resolution keeps on increasing. I request you to take the Fiber & DTH box when your Engineer arrives as I am switching my wifi coz of your poor service.

    Why Amazon urls donot work on the jio network? I have been facing issues running Amazon workspace on Jio network only. Customer care has no idea. Are they promoting Airtel? @reliancejio
