    @JioCare Since the error and the disrupted service was not from the customers end but @reliancejio end. Such poor management and customer support system. Sooner or later, it'll take its toll.

    Reason-Tower not available nearby. My society has almost 500 houses i.e 1500+ subscribers. As an active RWA member,we’re planning to switch all these connections to other operator who can provide better connectivity. @reliancejio @JioCare Forget 5G, Provide stable network first.

    @JioCare We have been requesting and following up with Reliance Jio Fiber Team for providing services since July 2020, but there is No Single Response from any one officials. May be the company has gone such big that it needs to be reminded that only Customer is the King. 👊👊

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio I have registered 4 complaints about Jio Fiber broken cable (SR000015SB88) which supposed to be resolved by 17/07/2021. No visit by service engineer. Very poor customer care, which is unacceptable. I may switch to other services provider if not resolved

    @JioCare Service request no. SR0000OU5T was raised y'day 17th Sept at 16:52 and the matter was to get resolved by 16:52 today which has not happened. A delay of few days may be a normal thing for you guys but it has not gone down well with me. So, pls work on it fast.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Worst Internet and poor voice call quality still suffering from 01 year. After every complain you are saying network coverage is very good in you area but users are so many. Why you people send your tech team in our area and experience the worst network.

    @reliancejio @JioCare My jio fiber is broken since 1 week ,im calling customer care daily and also been talking to your executive dailya nd the problem is still not resolve. Now im asking them to cancel the membership and take back the setup and give back my security money.

    Its been more than 15 days since I have applied for relocation for my JIO fibre connection. But, the customer support member doesn't seem to be available for the execution, even calling consecutively for more than a week. It's very disappointing! @reliancejio @JioCare

    Sad but true that @reliancejio has non professional lot working for them in Dehradun.They refuse to pick up call and are rude, only interested in collecting the advance. @JioCare needs to look into this behavior.

    @reliancejio the manager refuses to meet us and asked us to disconnect our service instead of solving this problem!!! My salute to jio fiber's worst service provider and you should be awarded with the worst service of the year. I'M FINALLY DISCONNECTING MY SERVICE THANKS A LOT

    I am having Worst experience of Jio Network @JioCare. More than Half validity is already expired of 90D Plan. No Responsibility, No Satisfactory Response, Nothing. I have been Complaining from last 1.5 Month, they says we'll solve in few days. Then they forget.

    Had a discussion with Jio customer care regarding connection closure. Fun fact is you wont get refund for amount you paid in advance. So customer has to suffer one way or another. Now I understand why Jio guys are chill and relax and really dont care about the service @JioCare

    Hey @JioCare, what is the point of paying for a True 5G plan if I never actually get 5G network? My phone is 5G ready, but the network constantly drops to 4G or stops working entirely. Please look into the coverage in my area 110049 sanwal nagar.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I've been trying to get a Public IP for my Jio Fiber connection for remote work purposes. When I called customer support, your team had absolutely no idea what a Public IP or CGNAT even is. This is unacceptable for a company of your scale
