  @JioCare It's been more than 7 days now. I am done with Jio and I don't want to continue with Jio fiber hence please refund me recharged prepaid amount of Rs 1178 which I paid on 7th July and my wifi is not working since 6th July.

  @JioCare It’s more than 25 days. All entertainment like TV, internet etc are not at all working. I have registered complaint on 19.07.22. No engineer visited till date. Very poor service by jio fibre. Plz suggest me how to get the jio connection deactivated and to get back the money.

  @JioCare So according to you guys the outage was because of the customer and @reliancejio has no role in it. 36 hours of outage is not part of your guidelines and customer has to bare to cost of incapability of @reliancejio to resolve an issue related to mass outage. Jokers
