Jio make their customers fool ..they are fraud dont buy their postpaid plans....its a big scam... Their customer care server also poor they dont talk properly or even cut the calls @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare I am getting frustrated every passing hour .... today also engeneer visit did not happen, it's been a week now. Are you guys trying to make fool. I got msg today that visit will happen but nobody turned up. Can you please tell if you really want to resolve the issue or not.

@JioCare Thanks Dhaval, however it is more than 28hrs of downtime and i am expecting a blackout tonight too, Which will add 12 more hours making it a total of 40hrs downtime. Am I getting compensated? @reliancejio

@JioCare It's been more than 7 days now. I am done with Jio and I don't want to continue with Jio fiber hence please refund me recharged prepaid amount of Rs 1178 which I paid on 7th July and my wifi is not working since 6th July.
