    @JioCare 4th day and no sign of engineer to fix the STB , no even one call from them , Jio services has degraded drastically

    Jio make their customers fool ..they are fraud dont buy their postpaid plans....its a big scam... Their customer care server also poor they dont talk properly or even cut the calls @reliancejio @JioCare

    Jio post paid plans are scam dont fall in their trap its a complete scam in the name of free ott apps.... Their customer care agent are rude they dont talk properly or even cut the calls ....I want my money back and dont want to stay in jio anymore @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I am getting frustrated every passing hour .... today also engeneer visit did not happen, it's been a week now. Are you guys trying to make fool. I got msg today that visit will happen but nobody turned up. Can you please tell if you really want to resolve the issue or not.

    @JioCare Thanks Dhaval, however it is more than 28hrs of downtime and i am expecting a blackout tonight too, Which will add 12 more hours making it a total of 40hrs downtime. Am I getting compensated? @reliancejio

    @JioCare It's been more than 7 days now. I am done with Jio and I don't want to continue with Jio fiber hence please refund me recharged prepaid amount of Rs 1178 which I paid on 7th July and my wifi is not working since 6th July.

    @reliancejio @JioCare There's always fluctuations of speed of data in every 2-3minute and speed gradually decreases to that level that, no site opens after that. Totally zero signal at that moment.
