    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI having 3 jio numbers one prepaid 2 postpaid but the network in my area is zero since long time complained lot of times but no action taken to improve it.If problem is not solved i will hav to port my numbers to some other service provider

    @JioCare Still no attempt made in any direction to resolve the issue I have had with my internet connectivity. Above that when I call customer care they say i have to wait four more days. Worst customer service I have ever seen. THE WORST.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @PMOIndia Jai Hind! Who is the most funny company?It’s Jio! You open the app and they offer you LIVE chat with a bot instead of human. It doesn’t understand anything. It finally asks you to email. When you email, another stupid bot asks you to live chat!

    @JioCare firstly you provide a worst of quality for internet service. Now when I have cancelled the Jio Fiber no one is ready to pickup your device. Cancellation raised on 15, Account terminated on 18, Cancel work order done on 21 still no one to collect till today. CO0000JU2UBI

    @JioCare don't you think there is a necessity of having a human support by phone? it is something basic and should be mandate. even on whatsapp there is just bot support.
