Now im asking them to cancel the membership and take back the setup and give back my security money.

Kindly cancel my order and refund my amount as soon as possible. The SLA was 72 hours and which was never met. This shows how poor service is provided by Jio.

I have to guard every night. Hv reported to ur team but No one seems to take responsibility. Pls chk if u care. Nearby is major construction site.

Wire was the main issue because of which I had to cancel the connection and he didn't remove thr wire. Send someone and get the wire removed.
