    @JioCare Actually mentioned location I was using Jio dongle and 4G network runs smoothly but last 4 to 5 month Jio internet facility completely down.pls look into it and get it resolved.

    @grapeforest @JioCare True. That's an easy solution but these @JioCare buggers continue to neglect the area n never improve network connectivity. We are paid customers should teach them a lesson. I already wasted 4 recharges of 549 and never used it. Whatever usage has come outside my area. Shame!

    @JioCare Your replies looks like you guys are stalling. Please be more specific in what you are doing.. what step have you taken in to resolving this issue. I don't see any attempt from your side to even understand the issue..

    @airtelindia Its more than 3 weeks since I contacted your customer support team for new broadband connection for my house (pin - 800014). I tried the same using your USELESS airtel app too but all in vain. @reliancejio Can I get jio fibernet connection in my area on urgent basis
