    Highly disappointed with @JioCare . I have zero network coverage inside my homeโ€”it only works on the terrace! Even 5G speeds have degraded significantly compared to before. Every time I raise a complaint, your support team gives pathetic excuses about 'daily data usage' instead of fixing the actual connectivity issue. Iโ€™m paying for service, not for excuses! Please fix this immediately.

    @JioCare If there is a system restriction for more than 20 days and your reply take more than a week time then it's a very serious issue. Same update received 10 days ago. Please don't mis guide. If it is beyond your control escalate the same for resolution

    @reliancejio @airtelindia Very poor 4G network in Madhupur, Via Kuanpal, Mahanga, Cuttack, Odisha-754204. Only 1 bar signal, frequent call drops & internet not working. Please check tower coverage and improve 4G/5G service in this area. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ“ถ
