Why is @reliancejio is not available in Mumbai? What is issue with their service? Their service ppl have no clue. Meantime my other @airtelindia number is already on 5G . Much better coverage and data speed of 300Mbps+. May be time to shift for all of my family. @JioCare

Finally switched to @HathwayBrdband, you @JioCare taught me good lesson that not to trust @reliancejio . it's a fraud company. You guys should keep a record that which employee is installing router, but you guys asking customer to remember who installed router. Shame on you guys.
