    @JioCare I know software upgrade pushed by brand. But binary of your Jio5G service you are providing to brand. Why you are not providing binary of Jio5G to brand. That is the only reason brand are delaying to give software update. And also you have listed a F23 5G into incompatible list.

    @JioCare my Jio Fiber is not working for the last 4 hours. Your WhatsApp account is useless. It cannot solve anything. No body has come online yet. Helpline number is as useless. How should one complain about their problems? Please revert.

    @JioCare Please get the SPAM CALLS on my cell barred . It’s really getting frustrating blocking them out like anything everyday more than 100+ of the similar kind even after activating DND FULLY . I know Tweeting you folks also won’t help anyways just giving a last try

    @reliancejio it's more than 2 week since 5g launch in patna. However till now my phone is receiving 5g signal despite of the fact that all my colleagues enjoying free 5g plan. I have 5g compatible phone and annual recharge of 2999 and show my interest in my jio app.

    @reliancejio I have two connections of jiofiber, both are not working (no Internet) since last 4 days. I called customer care and got no satisfactory reply from them like when it (Internet)will be again work properly.

    I am facing CALL DROP & VOICE CRACK issues on each n every calls from 15 days in my area. Most of the Jio users have been moved or planning to move in another network. So, fixed it ASAP. If you are serious about your network and users. @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI

    Really shameful companies like @reliancejio @JioCare cannot Act promptly in resolving fault at their end. Today is the 3rd day, my wifi is still not restored. Registered complaint on 20th may and today 22nd may. Very bad service of jio in Lucknow. Seriously ashamed of my choice

    @CryptooIndia @reliancejio @reliancegroup first act on Airtel they deliberately putting jammers in ther telecome poles in area where only airtel network will work Jio will show network but won't work. Airtel par action lo bhai pehle...as consumer jio band karne ka soch rahe he indians.

    @reliancejio @RCBTweets Installed Jio Fiber 3 weeks back worked for three days only, technician fixed it and after few days again stopped working. For last one week no technician has come to fix the problem. Poor service. Disappointing.

    @JioCare Amazing customer support by JioFiber. For more than 4 months I have been explaining the SAME issue again and again in DMs, calls, and complaints, yet nobody is actually reading the problem. Internet is working. That is NOT the issue.
