However till now my phone is receiving 5g signal despite of the fact that all my colleagues enjoying free 5g plan. I have 5g compatible phone and annual recharge of 2999 and show my interest in my jio app.

Now your app won't even let me raise a complaint and keeps showing a "4-hour outage" that never gets resolved.

If 1 min exceed you stopping the services. But if we cancel the any of service taking more than a week for refund. Is this fair?
