    @JioCare @reliancejio I am unable to access internet on my mobile from last 4 days contacted cust care no 198 several times but every time they ask me to wait for few hours but nothing has been done. My complain no is MR0000TG4CJK Pls look in this issue on priority basis. @TRAI

    Feed-up with Exploitation of Jio Services and Support. Tried all possible methods to register my complaint but Jio doesn’t care at all. Losing customer is a fun for them. Finally decided to Port 7011355069 in to other provider. Jio experience was horrible. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare But after recharge it was activated immediately without taking any confirmation from me resulting it expired in days and whole Rs 222 was wasted. Why do you do this? These is no options to talk to your support staff. Even on chat its a programed robotic answer which is useless
