    @JioCare @reliancejio whenever i am calling or taking calls 5g network goes back to 4g,as jio claims its SA network why this is happening,pl activate Vonr on my number.currently using iPhone 13.

    @JioCare Awaiting resolution. I am paying for subscription along with mobile plan. If you are unable to provide same I would be happy to switch to other network

    @JioCare @reliancejio In order to block a SIM kept in lost mobile, JIO care suggesting to login with OTP and do it with myJio app. Are you kidding me?? How can anyone get OTP is SIM and Mobile have been lost.

    @JioCare I am using iPhone 13 and my father is using one plus nord CE2 ,issue is whenever I am calling network shifts to 4g but when my father is calling network stays at 5g , why vonr is not working with iPhone but working with one plus phone.

    @JioCare What's the use to buy a 84 day,1.5gb/day plan if you can't fulfill your promise of designated speed. It's awfully bad network speed. Pathetic to run a simple website. Wish you ppl had worked on quality rather ramping new connections. Quite unhappy with the service!

    @JioCare If someone lost mobile with JIO SIM in evening after Jio Store are closed, Customer service IVRS says to loging with OTP and request for blocking lost SIM, someone gives fake reply on Twitter without ny soln. The pickpocket who stole the mobile has full night for malicious things

    @reliancejio Ambani ji is claimng to provide 5G network by 2023 all across India but here still 4G is not workng good, then how will he provide 5G all across. Earlier I had complined many times about this issue. All I got is that,"We are working very hard to solve your problem?"

    @JioCare Your 4G network here in Patna is really pathetic. This can't be a 4G network. It surely must be 3G. Unable to navigate on internet or check posts on the social media platforms.

    The Jio office at Mithapur Bus Stand Road, Patna, is a dump. They are open just to get their salary from @reliancejio. No work is done here and the staff redirects you and guard tries to throw you out. Is this the kind of service you offer? @JioCare

    @JioCare Speed is ok but indoor network is very bad,always shifting between 4g and 5g,secondly calling is big issue. Vonr is still not active.

    @JioCare I am not going to repeat the same story again... last time you guys only issued the services request number after getting all the details...i had ordered Sim on 31st March and now it is 14th April. I no longer want to wait for Sim delivery..please cancel and refund my payment

    @Prashan87890385 @JioCare Since you already paid upfront and hence the issue. No laws in this country to protect consumers.I paid upfront for SIM delivery and it has been total 9 days with no delivery. Jio staff calls and says would refund if not delivered by Sunday. Still no refund and no SIM delivered.
