@reliancejio This is how you are cheating your consumer. The internet in my area is pathetic. It takes 4-5 seconds to send whatsap messages. I tried reaching your customers care several times on this issue. Each time I do speed test it shows all good.

@JioCare Thinking abt porting my nmbr. Lots of issues in network in my city. It often didnt work for hours, AND rightnow my 2gb pack suddenly felt like not enough while my use is as usual. MyJio help & support is sh*t. It doesnt cover all issues. Need live chat with humans.
