I am facing Jio slow speed in my area for last 1 month and i contacted with Jio customer service 3-4 times but they all gave a false hope that service will get better..you are charging 600 for 3 months @JioCare for such service have a shame..plz look out this @rsprasad sir

@reliancejio I booked a relocation request on 27th Feb. My new property is 1km away from old one. I have had 4 visits where your technicians haven't showed. I've had to waste 4 annual leaves of work for this. Your customer services team has been rude and pathetic.

@JioCare your network and quality of service is degrading every passing minute. 1.5 Kbps is the best performance 99% of the day. Mota bhai can buy the media but not the consumer. Horrendous service quality - worse than MTNL in 2001. @TRAI
