Since last 3days I am noticing that jio fiber internet goes out of service and doesn’t work till 3pm. Jio router blinks red light only and doesn’t turn green. Look into this and please fix this.

No laws in this country to protect consumers.I paid upfront for SIM delivery and it has been total 9 days with no delivery. Jio staff calls and says would refund if not delivered by Sunday.
